Who decided women have to peak in their 20s?

One of my favorite things about the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was seeing women like Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Irina Shayk back on the runway. Women in their 40s, many of them mothers, looking absolutely incredible.

As a 43-year-old mom of two (including a 9-month-old!), I love seeing women redefine what this stage of life can look like.

I’ve always believed that getting older should mean becoming more of yourself, not less. More confident, more accomplished, more comfortable in your own skin. And yes, stronger too.

Which brings me to today’s very pink, very fabulous hot sculpt Pilates class at @BabeHotPilates in Wynwood. 💗

I got invited to channel my inner Victoria’s Secret Angel, brought my runway robe, and had the best time with an amazing group of women.

Because taking care of yourself should also be FUN.

Here’s to women who are nowhere near finished becoming their best selves. 💗

Anyone else feel like they’re just getting started? #vsfashionshow #pilates #hotpilates #40s
