That is a wrap on USPBL 2025, so here comes the long/sappy/post-game recap! This year was a whirlwind, I never could have imagined the journey this season would take me on! Finishing my 6th or 7th year (I’ve lost count, but who’s really counting?), I’m so grateful for all the summers this ballpark has taken over mostly in the best ways. What started as just a fun way to keep dancing during the summer turned into a job, one that I’ve been lucky enough to return to year after year.
Back in May, fresh out of college, I wasn’t sure if I’d be back. But with some space in my schedule, I decided to have a little more fun and give it one more season. And wow what a season. This year brought new and exciting opportunities: REAL BASEBALL, REAL FUN.
In the last few weeks, I moved from dancing between innings to being on the field alongside Ray, the players, and the coaching staff. I’d sometimes laugh to myself, thinking, “How does me, a dancer, end up in the dugout?” But stepping into this role helped me find more of myself, who I am, how I want to show up, and how to stand on my own feet. The universe really does have a funny way of making the most random paths make sense. I truly believe this was where I was meant to finish out my time with USPBL.
Huge thanks to @rortega99 for letting me join your team. I’ve never felt more official than carrying a walkie-talkie and getting to say “standby” like it was my own catchphrase.

To the teams 🐸🦄🦫🦣 thank you for welcoming me into the dugout and letting me be a part of the action. From all the chaos, the home run celebrations, and even convincing a few of you to dance along with us, these are the memories I’ll hold on to forever. Some of my most joyful moments this summer came from right there.

So here’s to another season in the books, and grateful for my time at the field…signing off ✔️

Sorry for a late post, I needed time to process that I was done with Suzette’s lol. I enjoyed my 3 years of dancing competitively. My favorite genre was probably Jazz. I also loved that I got to compete in tap for my last year of company. I will miss dancing at Suzette’s Masters of Dance, I made a lot of new friends throughout my 3 years. I’ll also miss my dance teachers. To the staff, thank you for everything you did at the studio every day, I’ll miss visiting Suzette’s. To the dancers, I loved dancing with you guys for dance competitions, I’ll miss dancing with you every day. I’ll be sure to watch you guys at the competitions next year. Thank you guys for everything you did during my 3 years at Suzette’s. Who will always rock the house? wow i actually can’t believe this season is over i swear it feels like just yesterday i stepped back in the studio for the first week of class and its all coming to a close. this season is definitely one for the books. from the countless hours in the studio and all the extra practices with my favorite people paid off. im so blessed to be able to take the stage with these amazing people and learn from people i look up to so much. im forever grateful to say that the studio is my second home and wouldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else.

And now the time is here where I can no longer ask, “One more year?” Suzette’s has been a part of my life for almost five years now, and that’s like a quarter—which, although I’m not good at math, I know is a lot. It started as something to do until I graduated. Then that came. And I stayed. Not only for the love of dance, but for the love of the family I found at Suzette’s. (Shoot, I’m crying now.) It really is a found family that can push you through hard times and lift you up when you feel down.

I am honestly the worst person ever when it comes to communication (ask literally anyone) and talking about how I feel. So when I saw how many pictures I had taken, I knew I had to do something special. For as long as I can remember, I’ve connected songs to people, places, and things in my life. And when I came across this song a year ago, it honestly felt like it belonged in my parting video. While I can’t send everyone playlists about how I feel constantly or brainrot about what I’m thinking, I can at least give y’all this one song.

And this corny quote I got—and have remembered since I was six, watching Planet Heroes on my Fisher-Price DVD player in 2009:

“If you don’t try, you never fail—but you also don’t succeed.”

So please, next time there’s an improv battle or something you’re unsure of, give it your all.

AND NOW FOR AN ANIMAL FACT 🤪
The reason geese fly in a V shape is so the bird in front can create an updraft for all the other birds and help them conserve energy. Then they switch out, and another goose takes their place to conserve the energy of the whole gaggle.

So moral of the story: Lift up your team, and they’ll do the same for you.

This past weekend we had our last spokesmodel group shoot for the class of 2025 senior spokemodels and I am emotional. I’m gonna miss these girls and I can’t wait to share more photos from this photo shoot. For now Enjoy the sneak peek. I have so many favorites. I am definitely making a blog post.
