Real Lyfe Reel Talk: It is estimated that upon being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis your expenses within a year total up to $18,000 or higher. Not only is it hard on you physically, mentally and emotionally. It can also be a burden financially. This is why patient advocacy is so incredibly important. You must keep telling your story. Your story helps push for resources, your story applies pressure to the healthcare industry and your story helps those who are newly diagnosed. We must continue to share our stories if we want change and greater resources.

Watching Andy and Charlie together reminds me how special true friendship is — even at such a young age.
They first met back in 2022 on the baseball field and have been each other’s biggest cheerleaders ever since. Through wins, losses, and even some seasons apart, their bond never faded.

Now that they’re back on the same team, it’s incredible to see their chemistry, teamwork, and shared love for the game stronger than ever.
Friendships like this are what make these seasons so much more meaningful. Here’s to more memories, more home runs, and a friendship that keeps growing both on and off the field!

What a year 2024 has been for the Roberts family! 🎉

We kicked off the year at Walt Disney World with our college friends and celebrated Harry’s birthday in style. Andy and Dani shined this spring—Andy had an amazing baseball season, and Dani rocked her softball games!

Summer was all about water fun and adventures. We celebrated Andy’s last single-digit birthday in Pensacola with friends, exploring all the local gems.

This fall, milestones took center stage: I completed my second Marine Corps Marathon, and Andy ran his first official race in Washington, D.C.! We also made unforgettable memories at Disney World for Dani’s 6th birthday—surprising the kids with a second magical trip!

2024 has been filled with love, laughter, and creating experiences for our kids that we only dreamed of as children. As we wrap up the year surrounded by family and friends, we’re gearing up for our next big adventure in 2025.

We moved to ATX and didn’t know anyone or have a good feel for the area. What we didn’t anticipate was all the amazing people we would meet and grow close to as well as the incredible memories we would create because of baseball. All of this thanks to a game, coaches and a kid with an infectious passion and enthusiasm for life. We are so lucky to have been a part of it all! Now onward to the next step and adventure we call baseball ⚾️ and softball 🥎
