Well..because I was one before I became one😍 that last slide tells it all😅🤣 God did His thing setting me up as a #firstborn because truly, truly is shaping the mom I am - it is all about perspectives. #Motherhood does feel lighter with a working system, we don’t need to survive or endure the ‘hood, it should be enjoyed so enjoy the slides & please mamas, let me know what I am missing, will loveee to learn from you! ✨Send to your mom-friends and that #mother doing her everyday best so she knows we are all in this together! Shorter caption today because those slides be screaminggg ‘letter-writing’😀😀😀 Follow @abiolabygrace for more simple life systems on Personal Formation, Freeform-Locs, Faith & Your Family fueling Progress, a day at a time🚀 #family #lifestyle lifebydesign

In a constellation workshop, we work in a highly experiential way that quickly brings the subconscious to the surface. By mapping out inner and relational dynamics in space, hidden patterns become visible within minutes, often revealing the deeper roots of what is blocking you today. This process allows us to uncover unconscious contracts formed early in life; agreements we once made to belong, feel safe, or be loved, but that now lead to self-sabotage. As these dynamics are seen and felt, there is room for release, realignment, and a shift toward greater freedom, clarity, and authentic choice in your life. . . #relationships #familyconstellations #epigenetics #inheritedtrauma #nonviolentcommunication

When the Bible talks about how provoking can discourage your child...this is what it looks like. Everyday, we are by the help of God unlearning these things. Which one was the most convicting? Why EduCinema exists 🎬 Children are already watching stories. EduCinema teaches them how to see. We don’t use films for entertainment alone. We use them to build character, spark conversation, and connect faith to real life. We pause the screen so children can ask better questions, notice values and choices, and practice wisdom beyond the movie. Because learning doesn’t only happen in books. Sometimes, it begins with a story. 🎬 EduCinema Explorers Seeing with wonder. Learning with purpose. If you’re raising a child who loves stories and asking “why”… EduCinema was created for them. Motherhood keeps teaching me patience. Sunday especially reminds me why I can keep learning. God is gentle with me. Unhurried. Faithful. And that grace is what carries me into a new week. 🙌🏽😍 #thismotherhoodthingy #patienceuponpatience #parentinglikeGod

✨ What Your Child’s Behavior Really Means ✨ Sometimes, the small things our children do say so much about how safe, seen, and loved they feel❤️. When your child walks up to you to share how they feel, tells you about a mistake, or simply chats about their day, it’s not “just talking.” It’s trust. It’s a connection. It’s proof that you’re doing something right. So here’s a gentle reminder to parents: If your child feels safe enough to speak their mind, you’ve already built something beautiful. Well done mamas @mimi_obichere @amadasuns @briansplayland @olori_josh @mumconfessions 👏👏 What’s one thing your child did recently that made you proud? #PositiveParenting #ChildDevelopment #GentleParenting #ParentingWins #EmotionalIntelligence #ParentingCommunity #RaisingGoodHumans #ParentingJourney

A beautiful set up for @beneath_the_surface_bts Mom event. The goal was for the moms to feel that they were in a safe space. A place that held a fraction of the beauty they embodied as they navigate motherhood. We loved turning this room into a slice of paradise and relaxation. How do you think we did?
