Another headstock cap this time it’s the bigger version originally requested by @jonathan.haz.guitar for his build, as it was the original inspiration for this instrument.

The Shaper Origin made quick work of crafting this family sign, but the real challenge came in the finishing.

Lettering this small leaves very little room for error, especially when you’re responsible for both fabrication and finish. A little extra patience, a lot of attention to detail, and the result speaks for itself.

Another beautiful piece, another happy family 🫶🏻 #finishcarpentry #trimcarpentry #shaperorigin #cnc #cncmilling

New tooling day.

Five Amana compression spirals — the exact bit that cuts every panel of every ramp I build. Three-eighths, single pass through three-quarter birch, clean on both faces.

Machine lands November 23rd. Then we start making sawdust.

Don and myself are finishing up this very cool (if I do say so myself) wedding guest sign-in board. Today we are making the frame, then it's done!

🟠 ⚙️ CNC @facilcnc
🟠 🔺 Fresa V-Carve 90° @toolstoday — Amana Tool RC-45711
🟠 🎥 POV @goprocl 💥

First step on a special project I’m working on that I am SO excited about! Got some Spanish cedar getting glued up to go on the CNC. This will be a multiple stage process with multiple components coming together to create something amazing…I hope.
