Great questions change a sales conversation, the energy, the focus and the result.

They help people pause, think and discover what they really want — and why it matters to them.

And when someone starts connecting with their own reasons, something shifts.

Selling becomes buying.

That’s where authentic selling starts.

People don’t want to be sold. They want to be understood.

SPRING 🌻 Pilates & Yoga Event

A beautiful afternoon that brought renewed energy to us all.

My mission was to embrace the magic of Springtime — Pilates & Yoga, beautiful meditation, and delicious homemade food and treats — celebrating the power of women gathering in unity.

When we create a space that is not only supportive and welcoming, we create a place where we are able to heal, grow, and thrive.

Thank you to Katia for taking us through a heartwarming Yoga session, Amanda, Amanda B, Shadi, Mona, Prableen and Hasti.🤍

Big thank you to Duane, who set up the yard, shopped while I was at work, filmed 📷and served us our 🥂🤍🙏

When women gather, the world shifts to a new level.

Our hearts are filled 💛

Why horse riders often develop a very stoic mindset:

You can't control everything, in fact many things when working with horses. The horse has its own thoughts, reactions and moods. You learn to focus on what you can control.

You have to stay calm under pressure. If a horse spooks, gets excited or behaves unpredictably, panicking generally makes things worse and the situation can escalate.

You tolerate discomfort. Long hours in the saddle, sore muscles, injuries, rain, heat, wind, extreme weather, falls, dirt, mud, horse poo, frustration and difficult training are part of riding.

You learn emotional regulation. You may be nervous, angry or frustrated, but the horse responds better when you're balanced. You accept setbacks. After a bad ride, you get off, learn from it and adapt, or learn that another horse might be a better fit.

You develop resilience. Progress with horses and therefore your own riding can be painfully slow at times. You learn patience. Every day both yourself and the horse are in a different mood, energy level and mindset.

Good riders can be extremely sensitive and emotionally connected to their horse without allowing it to control their behaviour. Horses can sense and replicate your emotional state. If you're tense, fearful or rushing, the horse can pick up on it. Learning to regulate yourself becomes part of becoming a better rider.

This ride was in WA @sunset_horse_tours south of Mandurah. A ride for all levels. Opportunity for a fun canter along the beach for experienced riders.

BRUMBY the brumby 🐴 NSW
It was an honour to ride and Australian 🇦🇺 brumby today at @burnelee_horseriding
Also included pictures of Sierra another brumby with the most beautiful eyes. It was a gorgeous ride through eucalyptus bushland seeing an echidna and wallaby along the way. The guides were extrodianry attending to everyone's needs and allowing some of us to go onto a more advanced ride for hill trekking through the forest and trotting and cantering. They were exceptional horse handlers.

Coaching tip: steer away from trees or he might not leave enough room for you.

Brumbies should NOT be culled @chrisminnsmp @pennysharpemlc please put the budget into re-homing them 🙏

🇦🇺 Very honoured to be included in such an important fitness industry meeting at Parliament House in Canberra.

It was a fantastic couple of days with AUSactive, discussing GLP-1s, the future of our industry, and how fitness professionals can work more closely with GPs and allied health professionals to improve the health of Australians.

We also had the opportunity to meet with Federal MP Andrew Wallace and discuss some of the challenges and opportunities facing our industry.

I met some wonderful people and had so many positive conversations about how we can continue moving the Australian fitness industry forward.

I came home inspired, excited and very proud to have been part of it. 🇦🇺💪 Steven Halligan Steven Halligan AUSactive

How fun to look back to a decade ago and reflect on a truly pivotal year ...

1. What I used to wear on stage ... cringe!
2. The year I doubled down on video content and saw immediate results (even being cat bombed)
3. Deepening connections with speaking royalty who would go on to be life-long friends ❤️
4. Being mentored and having my keynote cartooned by the late great Max Walker. RIP 💫
5. The first time I did three keynotes in one day ... deliriously tired 🥺
6. Witnessing a masterclass in how to conduct a book signing by some speaker called Chris Helder (little did I know then he would be my last and greatest love) And someone getting her book signed called MaryAnn, who is now a friend and member of @speakermarketingsuccess
7. My first magazine cover. More cringe and the reason I now don't own a single black jacket.
8. Lots of beach runs with Bertie Beagle. Miss him every day.
9. My first video training program with @asktypsy
10. I wrote a book!
11/12. A fun project creating a show called 'Retail Renegades' with @dalejbeaumont where I got to interview @amanda.bracks and @annalisa.siefken
13/14. An even more fun project collaborating with @tina_tower to create a tiny human.

2016 I will always remember you as the year I did great work and fun projects but most importantly the year I heard a tiny heartbeat that would go on to make me a mum after seven years of waiting 🙏🙏🙏
