Not every thought needs a reaction.

That’s probably one of the biggest things I’ve learnt in the last four weeks.

I’m a thinker. An overthinker. My brain can be going 100 miles an hour and sometimes I want to act on a thought the second it lands.

Then along came my buddy Tracey. ❤️

Somehow, without even trying, she’s taught me to stop.

Pause.

Think.

Does this really matter?
How will this affect me?
My family?
My team?
The people around me?

That’s BIG for me.

Because growth isn’t always losing weight, hitting a rank, making more money or ticking another goal off the list.

Sometimes growth is changing the way you think.

In just four weeks, Tracey has gone from being my “buddy” to someone I feel like I’ve known for years.

And behind us are Renée, Paula, Belinda, Double K and Amanda doing so much that people probably never see.

The conversations.
The training.
The encouragement.
The push when we need it.

They’re not just teaching us to build pipelines or grow a business.

They’re teaching us to listen. To ask questions. To understand what people actually need. And sometimes… to understand ourselves a little better too.

That’s what I love about this journey.

I’m STILL learning.

Still being stretched.

Still discovering things about myself.

And I never want that to stop.

So Tracey… thank you for making this crazy brain of mine PAUSE 😂❤️

Four weeks may not sound like long.

But sometimes it only takes one person to change the way you see things.

Who’s your person that makes you stop, think and see things differently? #womensupportwomen #mindset

Storm was just rolling in, rain starting to pelt down and I ran outside like a goose to grab this. Drenched in seconds. Didn’t care at all 🌧️⛈️🌦️

Look at that. Double rainbow right over the water as it all kicked off.🌈🌈

This is why I love it here. Even the wild weather puts on a show. #rainbow #doublerainbow🌈🌈

5 signs your body is crying out for support:

Bloated

Exhausted

Craving sugar

Snapping at everyone

Wide awake at 2am

If any of these sound familiar, you’re not alone. Drop a strawberry in the comments if you’re tired of being told this is “just part of being a woman” and ready to better understand what your body may be trying to tell you.

She was busy raising kids, running a salon, battling constant cold sores, and still showing up for everyone else.

Now look at her.

AK did not wait for the perfect time. She decided she was done putting herself last. Her journey is proof that when a woman chooses herself, everything changes. The confidence, the glow, the energy, the freedom. It all starts from one decision.

This is not just a transformation photo. This is a reminder that busy mums can still reclaim themselves too. 🤍

If you have been sitting on the sidelines wondering if it is your turn, let this be your sign. Message me and let’s chat about what is possible for you.

Third incentive trip… and I’m already locked in for number FOUR in 2027 ✨

People think these trips are only for “lucky people” or people with huge followings.

Wrong.

A few years ago, I would’ve talked myself out of it too.

Now I’m travelling with incredible women, making memories, laughing till our cheeks hurt and living experiences I once thought were out of reach 💫

If you keep saying “maybe next time”… next time never comes.

Decide what you want.Back yourself.Take the first step.

You might just surprise yourself with where it takes you ✈️

Will you be joining me on the next one? 🤍

✨ Gala night Part 2 – Gold Coast ✨

Quick question 👀
Do you feel supported, inspired, appreciated and rewarded like I do? 💛

Because moments like these remind me how important it is to be surrounded by the right people and the right company.

After 2 full days of conference, learning, networking, listening to incredible life-changing stories, strategies, business plans and people from all walks of life..we finished it all with this beautiful Gala Night 🥂

And honestly… we felt SPOILED ✨
This wasn’t just a dinner. It was a reward night organised to celebrate growth, hard work, leadership and the journey we are all on together.

The energy in the room was something special 🥹
So many people building dreams, changing lives and becoming better versions of themselves.

Now almost 2 months later, looking back at these memories still gives me goosebumps. The laughter, the fun, the connections and the emotions still feel so fresh ❤️

Sometimes people think this industry is only about products or business..but for me it’s about personal growth, friendships, experiences, mindset and creating a life you truly love.

I thought the weight loss would be the goal…
But that was just the beginning.

Because what changed everything wasn’t just the number on the scales.

It was:
✨ waking up with energy
✨ sleeping through the night
✨ no more feeling heavy, bloated or stuck

This is what happens when your body starts working properly again.

And if you’re sitting there feeling off… tired… uncomfortable…
thinking it’s just part of getting older

It’s not.

You just haven’t been shown what your body actually needs yet.

Comment “CHANGE” and I’ll message you 🤍
Let’s get you feeling like yourself again. #wellness

Grateful for James and Becky Zheng.

James has been mentoring me over the past three weeks and also back in 2024, and that means a lot, especially being someone who is not even on his team.

That kind of leadership says everything.

I am also grateful for everyone here. Every single person matters. Everyone is here for a reason, and each of you has a place.

Truly grateful to be surrounded by people like this #connection #partnercoconnect2026
