Last stop on our Italian portal tour! ☀️💙

Matera is an ancient city originally carved into limestone caves on the face of a prehistoric mountain ravine. Walking up and down the cobblestone steps literally feels like hiking. We slept in a cave hotel, explored the ruins, toured a female-owned monastery-turned-art gallery, ate two dinners in one night (bc we can!), and got allll the steps! 👟

Arrivederci Italia 👋 🇮🇹

Italian summer in September is a magical portal where time doesn’t exist and it’s pure CELEBRATION 🤸‍♀️💦💫

I’m so grateful for this epic international adventure with incredible like-minded friends from around the world in honor of the iconic @hellobruna 😎🎉

We met in a global entrepreneur community over two years ago and I never could have imagined that nurturing these connections would lead to living out this Italian dream in real life 🇮🇹🪩🙌

This is your reminder to keep showing up and keep saying YES bc you never know where it might take you 🤩🌟 maybe Italy! 🍝🍕🌊

Familia e focaccia: Italy has me feeling soul nourished in all the ways 🇮🇹☀️🌾

It was such a gift enjoying slow mornings, eating figs right from the trees, speaking Italianish, exploring ancient cities, mangia-ing all the pasta, focaccia and gelato we wanted, dancing in cafes, back flipping in the Adriatic sea, having spa sleepovers, recording music videos, and laughing and connecting with all of you 🤍

This trip taught me that true LUXURY is spaciousness, nourishment, nature, ease, and TIME

Dolce far niente 🌅🕊️

I feel abundant, easy, and grateful 🤲

Grazie mille 🙏🥹🇮🇹

Ti lasciano emozioni, sensazioni e ricordi da custodire…

Absolutely thrilled and even a bit stunned to announce that my song has won the online vote in the Folk category of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, making it eligible for the vaunted ‘Song Of The Year’ award.

24 have now become 12, and the panel of judges - which includes George Clinton, Bootsy Collins, Sheila E, and Flea from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers 😱 - will now assess the final songs and decide who wins the top $20k award over the next couple of months.

So the voting is over, and the rest is out of my hands. All thanks to you. 😊❤️

I’ve never won an online / voting thing before. I was dead certain that I was always doomed with them; the kind of social media outreach that they require always felt so comically out of my skill set. But I’ve been amazed at how many friends & family - old and new - reached out, shared the link, and voted so many times. No Idea how I can ever thank you enough. I owe you 7000 pints.

The biggest vote of thanks, though, goes to my boundlessly divine forever person Amanda - without whom this certainly wouldn’t have happened. I am the unwitting beneficiary of her magical soul. Thank you, Amanda ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks again to you. I’ve been walking around feeling properly lovely about it all weekend. 🥰❤️🎶
