This birthday felt different.
I’ve never felt so deeply grateful. For all the people who have entered my life, and all the ones who had to leave.
It’s such a privilege to have loved, to have lost, to have lived through it all.
A privilege to build these friendships, to stand closer to nature, & to myself.

I’m not proving anything.
I’m not asking for permission to begin again.
I’ve started over more times than I can count, and every time, I’ve grown into a new version of myself.
Each one, I love more deeply.

I’m just coming home.
Home to the girl who always knew there was something more.
