Well damn you, Philly! I tried so hard to keep my distance by adamantly hating winter, 422 traffic, and the airport but the city and the people (especially the people) still found a way to creep into my heart and take a big ole piece of it 🖤

Mark and I moved to PA not knowing a soul. In fact, I’d never even been there 😅

Yet we left with our hearts and minds overflowing with love and memories of time spent with so many incredible people, and friends that feel like family.

Annnd maybe a little more of that special Philly edginess than I realized 😂

While we are so excited for our new adventure in Tennessee, I didn’t think it would come with a side of bawling my eyes out leaving Pennsylvania but here we are 😭

Though I may never love winter, traffic, or PHL airport, I will miss the people who made that crazy place feel like home for our family.

We’ll even brave the traffic and the airport to come catch a Phillies game and visit you cool kids now and then 😎

Until then, keep doing your thing and know that we love you all!

If you were at Bells & Bags on Sunday then you already know but I’m finally able to make the official announcement here too…

Bells & Bags isn’t gone for good—it’s just moving to Chattanooga, TN!!

We’ll be making the move from PA to TN in early October and I fully intend on taking advantage of the slightly warmer fall/winter temps to keep this thing rolling!

I’ll get the first one scheduled once we get settled into our new home so be on the lookout for some good strong fun if you’re in the Chattanooga area or are willing to make a drive 😬

I’m so grateful for the incredible humans that have joined these workouts over the years, trusted me to help guide them, taken chances at something new, pushed their limits, set PRs, and helped make “Bells & Bags” not just a workout but a strong and supportive community that has a lot of good, strong fun!

I’m going to miss the awesome gang of people big time but am also really excited to make more friends in TN!

Got to try out @amb.pt new 3D Gait Analysis (hope I said that right). Was pretty freaking cool bc I’m not a runner, but she showed me through the analysis and observing my run, HOW to be a runner. What I’m surprisingly doing right and what I need to work on. Go check it out for yourself and see where you can make improvements for a better run.
