We’re bringing together a group of incredible local businesses to support our upcoming event in Ericeira — and we want you to meet the people behind them.

Next up: Shannon, founder of Ambã Apothecary.

Ambã Apothecary is centred around botanical remedies, plant-based healing, and intentional wellness — grounded in both the science of nutrition and the rhythm of everyday life. Alongside this, Shannon also runs Ambã Nutrition, supporting women to “nourish the stage they’re in” with a thoughtful, life-stage approach to wellbeing. (“Ambã” fittingly means “mother” in Sanskrit.)

Originally from New England in the US, Shannon found her way to Ericeira and quickly felt at home. For her, it’s the incredible sense of community that makes this place so special.

We’re so glad to have Ambã Apothecary supporting this event — and can’t wait for you to meet Shannon.
