allow me to introduce myself, i’m Amber, founder of Flamingo Supper Club! originally from New Orleans, where the food is better than anywhere else (sorry! 😅). after years in nyc, my husband and i settled down in the palm beaches, where he grew up. after noticing a serious lack of elevated, highly curated catering in the area, i decided to take things into my own hands. so, in january, Flamingo Supper Club was born!

you won’t find a standard PDF menu over here. we develop each menu to suit every client’s unique tastes, dietary needs, themes and vision for their events. we are committed to sourcing fresh, seasonal, organic, no BS ingredients and will not settle for anything less. we specialize in intimate dinners + cocktail parties as well as luxe box lunches and elevated dinner drops all with a funky and creative edge. we’d love to cook for you and show you what we got!
