As a studio owner it can be hard watching all these new places pop up and thrive because they’re offering a sweaty, quick workout that makes you feel like you burned a ton of calories.

But when the trends fade, I’ll still be here

staying true to what I believe in and committed to a more holistic approach to movement.

Because I believe in building strength, improving mobility, connecting with your body, and creating movement that actually supports you long-term.

And guess what? IT WORKS.

No quick fixes. No chasing trends. Just real Pilates, intentional movement, and a method I truly believe in.

Ever wonder how often you should be doing Pilates to see results? 👀

The truth is, every class builds on the last.

✨ 1x per week: Better mobility and body awareness
✨ 2x per week: Improved posture, core strength, and balance
✨ 3x per week: Noticeable changes in strength, flexibility, and muscle tone
✨ 4-5x per week: Increased endurance, stability, and total-body transformation

The secret isn’t perfection—it’s consistency.

Your body adapts to what you repeatedly do. The more consistently you move, the stronger, more mobile, and more resilient you become.

How many times per week are you currently practicing Pilates? Let me know below! 👇

This is ✨Lynne✨

Lynne has never made an excuse in her life, even with her “challenges” as we like to call them. With strong communication and hard work, Lynne has made amazing progress just from November.

Here’s the story of Lynne’s Pilates journey:
“In November of last year I got cleared medically from what was a very challenging year. I had also just turned 60! I decided it was time to go full in on being as healthy as I could. I had seen Form and Flow on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I started out with just private sessions to ensure I could physically do the movements. My physical challenges include a fused ankle, severe arthritis in the other ankle and a port. Amber walked me through all of the basic moves and I was hooked! I am now doing at least one class a week and two private reformer sessions. The physical changes in just 4 months is nothing short of amazing. My arms are getting toned, my abs are visible and my stability is greatly improved. While there are some movements that I need to slightly modify, nothing is impossible, including planks and pikes! I highly recommend Amber and Form and Flow and look forward to continuing this journey!”
