FUT2 (non-secretor): Her gut lining doesn’t secrete the compounds that feed her protective bacteria, so keystone species like Bifidobacterium and Faecalibacterium stay underfed and her mucosal terrain stays unstable. It also raises her risk for adhesion-based infections like recurrent UTIs. This is the anchor for why her gut keeps relapsing, the protective soil never rebuilds, so every kill is temporary.

CD14: The endotoxin sensor. Her innate immune system overreacts to bacterial fragments from gut overgrowth, driving gut-linked inflammation that flares harder under poor sleep or stress.

C3: Complement and innate immunity. Keeps her inflammatory baseline running hot even without a real trigger, so she stays reactive at modest bug levels. CD14 and C3 together are why her gut won’t settle, the immune system won’t let it.

CYP19A1 (aromatase): Scored as increased aromatization, meaning more androgen-to-estrogen conversion, and that pathway runs harder the more body fat and insulin resistance she carries. The production side of her estrogen picture.

COMT: Partial-slow pattern. Slower back-end methylation of catechol estrogens and slower catecholamine clearance. A supporting thread, not a lead.

ATG5: Reduced autophagy and immune cleanup, so she clears damaged cells and inflammatory debris slowly and inflammation lingers under cellular stress.

ATG16L1: Moderate sensitivity in the autophagy and gut-immunity pathway, so gut-driven immune stress can rise under dietary strain.

SIRT1: Reduced efficiency in the stress response and longevity pathway, meaning earlier burnout and poorer recovery under chronic stress.

TFAM: Increased fragility in mitochondrial DNA stability, so her energy systems are more sensitive to illness and stress, recovery takes longer, and fatigue lingers after immune challenges.

January doesn’t need a new personality.
It needs structure.

Most people don’t fail because they don’t know what to do.

They fail because they overcomplicate it, negotiate with themselves, and wait on motivation that never shows up.

That’s why we built two 28-day challenges.

Jacked January is for men who want their discipline back, not another extreme plan.

New Year New Rear is for women who want to train with intention, build their glutes, and feel strong again, without living in the gym.

Same 28 days.
Clear training.
Simple nutrition.
Daily standards you can actually keep.

No yelling.
No chaos.
No January fantasy version of yourself.

Just show up for 28 days and let the momentum do its job.

Drop a 💪🏽 below and we’ll send you more information!
