Dear friends & whānau 🙏

We are so happy to share this event with you:

This Sunday, May 14th, from 2-7pm, Wellspace is teaming up with Kyle Pauro to bring you an afternoon of healing; with contrast hydrotherapy, Spirit Breathwork & sound healing.

The breathwork session has been designed for you to access deeper states of relaxation, altered states of consciousness, and release any unwanted and unnecessary emotions or physical tension through circular, deep diaphragmatic, conscious connected breathing, and breath retention.

Following this guided breathwork, relax into the beautiful sound waves & vibrations from a range of instruments, to help promote healing, reduce tension, and bring about a sense of inner peace & clarity. ✨

The combination of Hot & Cold Immersion, Breathwork and Sound Therapy will create a powerful experience, allowing you to tap into your inner self and release any emotional or physical blockages you may be experiencing. It can also be a transformative experience that will help you connect with your deeper self, dropping you into your heart space allowing you to access spiritual insight and awareness.

This isn't one you're going to want to miss. Get in touch now to secure your spot. 🌿🙏

✨If you can dream it, you can do it

About year and a half ago, the desire of taking a yoga training class came to my mind out of nowhere: back then it seemed impossible, but I started to believe and trust in myself more than ever, so I declared that it would happen. Today, I feel so grateful for being here in Bali 🙏🏼 sharing this amazing experience with beautiful souls from all over the world.
Thank you goddesses for creating a safe and supporting space for everyone.

Namaste 🙏🏼🤍✨
