An epic win for our purple family this past Saturday night! 🙌🏽 💜 In honor of the 40th year anniversary of the “Purple Rain” movie debut and 27 years of Purple Reign in LV, July 27th has officially been declared as “Purple Reign Day” in the city of Las Vegas! 🙌🏽🥇 THANK YOU to everyone that has supported our show over the past 27 years! 💯🙏🏽 It wouldn’t have been possible without you all!

The Proclamation reads:
The Board of County Commisioners wishes to honor and recognize Jason Tenner as the creator and producer of the award winning Purple Reign The Prince Tribute Show celebrating the life and legacy of Prince; and whereas, Purple Reign seamlessly re-creates the timeless music and energy of Prince in his prime with a nod to the era that made him an international superstar; and whereas, since it’s inception, Purple Reign has entertained millions of visitors to Las Vegas, as well as locals, not only contributing to Las Vegas’ rich live entertainment landscape, but also helping to stimulate the local economy; and whereas, July 27, 2024 marks the 40th anniversary of the award winning “Purple Rain” motion picture debut and Purple Reign has been entertaining audiences for 27 years. Now, therefore, we the Board of Commissioners of Clark County Nevada do hereby recognize and proclaim July 27, 2024 as Purple Reign Day on the Las Vegas Strip and across Clark County.

I love it when my friends are fitness instructors! I learned the proper way to ride and how to strengthen my glutes and core. I absolutely loved my FIRST class at @soulcycle in Vegas! 🚲 👟 🔥 Thank you Amber for the love and support, you've been a loyal friend since freshman year at SMU. It was great seeing you and I will definitely be back to see you perform in @purplereignlv. #lasvegas #soulcycle #fitness #bossbabe @amberstrauser

I spent the weekend catching up, which is always a welcomed event. As I worked on photography and continued my workflow, I opened my phone and found some shots from last year that never saw the light of day. To follow me is to know I head to Vegas a few times a year. And this lady is my Vegas Connection, and fellow creative Capricorn. Amber and I have know each other for almost 20 years now. OMG! Wow… I just clocked that. That is crazy. It just goes to show you to live your life right now before/as it passes you by. And with @wppievents around the corner, so is Las Vegas. See you again very soon! X
