Today we captured content and got a killer workout in with the class. 🔥 The best content happens when everyone feels comfortable enough to forget the camera is even there. No distractions or awkward close-ups just authentic energy, a strong class, and the instructor doing what she does best. Creators, influencers, and service-based business owners—your audience needs to see the experience you provide. 📲 DM @thebasementstudio401 to book your next content session. #TheBasementStudio401 #RhodeIslandCreators #ContentCreation #ServiceBasedBusiness #ProvidenceRI

💃 Fact I have learned on my dance journey: The people who told me i couldn’t dance back then have apologized by now & those who say I can’t dance now, will be sorry later too. In the mean time they are gonna live on my page and watch watch watch me day and night in silence and low key learn & be inspired by me. Even though the trolling and bullying is unnecessary- Id still rather be the positive influence that I still end up being. Its a cycle. And it’s life- it’s not always gonna be fair. I got what I want already. Dance & a safe space to continue it so I can keep seeing myself grow and do it with others 🥳 💃 This Sunday we dance!! 6pm-8pm!! We have a babysitter and bartender on deck. Something to make it a celebration for everyone ❤️ Those who want to sip can sip- those who want to dance but don’t have a break from the kids - can still come dance 😍 ✅Heels Optional ✅ Empowering Environment ✅ Register on Eventbrite or with cashapp 🎉 #💃👠 Taught and lead by @ladyy_papa • • • • • #rhodeisland #rhodeislandlife #rhodeisland_igers #providence #providencerhodeisland #prov #401 #eastprov #eastprovidence #heelsclass #heelsdance #heelsdanceclass #heelschoreo #heelschoreography #carousel #johnstonri #Sunday #socialmediamarketing #thingstodoinrhodeisland #rhodeislanddancers #swipe #december2025 #attleboro #massachusets SEO: Rhode Island Dance Classes | Heels Dance | Heels Choreography | Dance Workout | Heels & Hype | Rhode Island News | Rhode Island Dance Studios | Rhode Island | Things to do in Rhode Island this weekend | 401 | Rhode Island events | Massachusetts | rhode island dance studio | providence dance studio | dance class video | heels dancing | heels choreography \ heels dance class | Smithfield R.I

It’s been 60 days since we put on the most creative show I’ve ever been involved in. The 7th annual #kickbackwithkeke was the best yet. Here are some photos from my favorite moments 🥰 MUA @beatsbymichaelpete HAIR @mermaid.marieee

cotton & canvas cool-girl collective 2/15/25      there's no business like show business, right? i not only got to host this event, but i got to spend my birthday with the most important people in my life (minus moon). i spent it in love, art, fashion and music- a few of my favorite things.❣️      for me, this day was about resilience. after getting separated, moving home, my world being turned upside down and inside out, i knew this was something i needed to do. truly, there is no "good time" for anything. you gotta stay strong and keep moving forward. 💪 anyway, it's what mommas do best (it all).       and WHAT A TIME. everything went according to plan. our guests were happy, prosecco in hand, and full-bellied. coming from a hospitality background, this was my ultimate goal, and it was achieved. ✨       it was an honor to showcase some new @blqruby pieces on 5 bada$$ girlies. @ambianceofamber @naturally_lex_ @bonnasworld @victoria_secret420 @kataalinagomez 💃       furthermore, i was humbled to be apart of my multi-talented artist friends' first ever galley showcase! @liquenurse @andreaaclarisse 🎨 in a word, incredible.      @andreasbowstring killed it on the violin 🎻 you brought all the feels, and they were certainly felt.      for those of you who know me, you know i ride for @socialhouseri the venue, food & drink are unmatched. what an amazing place to host an event like this. chef's kiss 💋 thank you to the staff for helping us make our guests feel like royalty.      thank you for capturing these unforgettable moments @rnphoto._ 📷        "you'll believe god is a woman"      'til next time ❤️‍🔥   xo
