Why does face massage feel like a full-body reset?

Because the face is connected to so much more than the skin.

Through the cranial nerves, fascia and lymphatic pathways, the face is intimately connected with the neck, chest, nervous system and the rest of the body.

By weaving together intraoral release, face cupping, lymphatic techniques, fascial release and intuitive massage, we can soften patterns of tension that may have been held for far longer than we realise.

It’s one of the things I love most about this work—the transformation can be felt throughout the whole being.

People arrive carrying tension in their jaw, their expression and their nervous system… and leave looking softer, brighter and somehow more like themselves again.

A facial treatment, yes.

But also a deep exhale for the entire body. 🌊

Thanks for the footage @ambrosias.table

Want to experience this for yourself, book a 90 minute Remedy Face massage with Jem 🤍

This trip to the Sunny Coast was about so much more than a warehouse opening.

Although what a bloody warehouse she is!! @wearecreatorspace 🙌🏻

It was about following my intuition as a business owner, a female founder, a creative power house that is sick of playing SMALL.

Because I’m not small, either is my business.

Thank you Han and all my WACA Fam for reminding me that I’m all I need to achieve what is waiting for me..

Let’s go 🎈

If anyone has been paying attention to anything I've been saying lately about business growth and building your online platform, it has all come down to @wearecreatoracademy
4 months ago I signed up to WACA because I was ready to level up in my business and learnt quickly Hannah Sands and her team spoke my language. (Which involves a lot of swearing)
I could say so much about how they've changed my perspective on not only how to run my business, but also how to reassess my day-to-day life holistically and how that shows up in my role as a leader, employer, and human.
This week I flew interstate to celebrate the incredible new space Hannah has created and connect with others walking a similar path.
We mingled, shared meals, worked through content strategy, and listened to the stories of women who have built successful businesses from the very place many of us are standing now. Every conversation offered a new perspective, a fresh idea, or a reminder that growth happens when you put yourself in the room.
I'm heading home feeling inspired, energised, and full of ideas.
We're back at it tomorrow, so keep an eye out. We're here to share the lessons, the wins, the challenges, and everything we're learning along the way. 💛

“UNSTOPPABLE ENERGY” is right. This is what Lucia, our beautiful WACA client had to say post the Melbourne tour.

Lucia had ALL the reasons not to get a ticket. Shes mid launch, she already felt stretched, she’s relatively new to WACA, yet she didn’t give into any of them.

And what happened in the room? Unstoppable energy, she was brave, and she met herself at that new level.

Be like Lucia. @ambrosias.table
