MOON IN PISCES SOUND BATH
With Amelia Sawyer

SUNDAY DECEMBER 12 | 1:00-2:00PM

Moon in Pisces has the greatest sensitivity and perceptiveness of surroundings. You can experience feelings of insecurity, be passive and only wait and see what happens in your life. If you engage in creative or spiritual search, you will benefit from the great imagination of Pisces. .We will come together in celebration of the Pisces moon for a group sound healing, intention setting and guided meditation practice with a crystal singing bowl soundbath to take you into a deep meditative state and rejuvenate and heal the body on a cellular level.

GUIDED MEDITATION + SOUND EXPERIENCE
WITH AMELIA SAWYER

SATURDAY APRIL 24 1:00-2:00PM

This guided meditation sound experience is a sonic journey that can offer deep relaxation, creative awakening, and regeneration for those participating.
Through harmonic, over-tone instrumentation and the practice of deep listening, our brainwaves have the opportunity to move towards slower, deeper states: Alpha (creative + calm), Theta (deep meditation + rest), and sometimes Delta (dreamless sleep). This sonic concert will begin with a guided meditation, as guests recline on a yoga mat and become fully receptive to the deep meditative and nurturing state that will follow. The sound meditation journey may include the use of: crystal singing bowls, himalayan bowls, chimes, bells, hand drum, field recordings and voice.

Amelia Sawyer is an international wellness practitioner and instructor specializing in healing through the power of sounds and vibration. Amelia is a certified teacher of Yoga, Meditation, Sound & Reiki.

This workshop held in the studio at Reach Yoga to a limited class size. Masks worn for the duration of class.
