Sunshine, parkrun, recovery and brekkie with the crew ☀️ Another great @th7.au Saturday Social! A beautiful morning for an easy trot to New Farm Park for @parkrunau. With summer fast approaching, the shady cool-down along Vernon Terrace back to TH7 was very welcome! 🥵🌳 Then it was time for @dr.hydrate slushies, sauna and steam room sessions, followed by a cold plunge and contrast therapy 🙌🏼 We wrapped up with delicious brekkie and plenty of yarns at @freddies.place_ — congrats to @amy.mrobinson, our lucky brekkie winner! 🥳 Join us for the next one on Saturday 28 November. This morning’s sunrise… Brisbane, you beauty! ❤️‍🔥 The skies were putting on a show for our TAC Run Club Mid Week Longy, and the humidity was making itself known too. We’re suddenly back to running through the Brisbane soup 🥵😂 Did you know we have an extras crew that heads out at 4:30am? A 30 minute out-and-back trot before meeting the main group at 5am. An early alarm, but so worth it for the stillness, quiet streets, those incredible red skies and a few bonus kms for those training for longer events 🌅 Then, as always, coffee and yarns at @woolshed.bne afterwards. A pretty great way to start a Wednesday! @teneriffeathleticclub #ClubKT #TACRunClub #ConnectionThroughRunning

💖Post After Dark 2026 Rave💖 Race done, medals collected, now to grab the girlies and hit the dance floor! Some people may argue that dancing after a half marathon is not the smartest move; but given I was so stiff and struggling to walk, it helped so much to limber up and stretch the body. All women DJs, great vibes and the gals, the best way to finish After Dark 2026!

Nike After Dark 2026: Getting race-ready the girls’ way ✨🎀 A hotel room full of girlies, pink and good vibes before @nikerunning Nike After Dark 💕 @aussiebecka on braid duty, clips, ribbons, face glitter, clutch glue and pre-race carbs were shared! The getting-ready part was a warm up for the positive energy and support to come! And of course, my new race day tradition continued at the race precinct ✨ Bringing glitter to share with the ladies, because race day is better with a little extra sparkle 💖🏃‍♀️✨

🩷 Pace Athletic x Nike After Dark shakeout with Jess Hull 🩷 Just casually running with a double Olympian and world record holder Jess Hull thanks to @paceathletic and @nikerunning for After Dark. Pace Athletic is about a pace for everyone, and thankfully, we didn’t have to run a record breaking pace to keep up! @aussiebecka @ameliasactivities and I met some wonderful women, sharing our goals and motivations for the impending race. Jess was generous with her time, sticking around for girlie chats. Such a good morning, thanks Pace and Nike!

🌊 POST GOLD COAST MARATHON 🌊 As soon as I crossed the finish line; my first thought was seeing my people 🥹 My family were waiting for me at the finish line, so I couldn’t wait to see them and show off my new hardware🏅it meant so much having them show up for me and I was determined to not let them down. DNF was not an option! I also wanted to make my coach, inspiration and friend @club_kt proud 🥹 thank you for your support and guidance 🫶🏻 My running buddy @johnwhiteteam found me to celebrate and get piccies 📸 and we celebrated with my run club family. I don’t know if anyone was shocked I actually finished given the state my knees were in, but they were so happy for me, as I was for them. For such an individual pursuit; it really feels like a team sport. We celebrated PBs, first timers, getting the job done, just having fun and overcoming personal battles to get over the line. Plenty of post-marathon celebrations. Bart took us out for fish and chips, then we had dinner and drinks (with a massive cocktail that came with a princess crown) 👸 I’ve hopefully inspired the next generation of marathoners by showing my baby cousin Willow my medal, either that or she just likes shiny things! ✨ Adding in that @asicsaustralia and @goldcoastmarathon posted the pic of @aussiebecka @majormarc13 and I at the start line 😁 we all looked so fresh and happy
