One of the many reasons I enjoy being an ASID member is the incredible camaraderie. Volunteering with ASID has not only given me the opportunity to give back to our profession, but it has also introduced me to some truly wonderful friends and colleagues. It’s amazing how working together in service of our industry creates lasting relationships.

Whether we’re celebrating each other’s successes, including Carolyn Noble’s soon to be induction in the ASID College of Fellows - the society’s highest honor, or sharing ideas to help strengthen our businesses, it’s inspiring to be part of a community that genuinely supports one another.

Today, lunch with these four amazing friends was fantastic, and we all agreed it’s time to make these get-togethers happen more often! I also look forward to seeing everyone at our Georgia Chapter events and meetings.

If you’ve ever considered volunteering with ASID, I encourage you to get involved. You never know where it might lead—or the friendships you’ll build along the way.
