Amn Safar in collaboration with NYCP organized a one-day seminar on Youth Dialogue to Promote an Inclusive and a Pluralistic Society where representatives from all the youth led organizations including the differently abled persons participated.
The event started off with an introductory session and an ice breaking activity which was carried out to let the participants and organizations know each other better.

We were joined by some renowned speakers who spoke very well on their respective topics. Ilyas Hussain a great environmentalist in GB amazed the participants with his extraordinary skills and knowledge by speaking on 'Climate Change a threat to World Peace'.
Ishrat Fatima the renowned clinical psychologist from Skardu spoke on the 'The Role of youth and Organizations in Promoting a Pluralistic Society'.

Our Founder and Executive Director Saira Hussain spoke on 'Peace through Sports'.

Ilyas Hussain led a meditation and mindfulness out door activity and threw light on how important is mindfulness and inner peace to create a peaceful society.

The session was concluded with a session
'Youth in Action' where representatives from all the organizations were asked to plan an activity to conduct after this seminar. The participants made us amazed by sharing their innovative ideas and we are determined to support them to turn those ideas into reality.

We pay our deepest gratitude and thanks to all the participants and volunteers. Special thanks to, AKRSP and the regional head Sadaqat Hussain for all the support.

Day 3- Amn Ride 2.0: Healing, Expression & Connection
Closing with a Circle of Peace
Day 3 brought us inward- into a space of reflection, release, and collective healing. After two days of learning and reclaiming space, we gathered for a healing circle and a soulful jamming session at Jafreez Productions.
This closing day was about slowing down, holding space for one another, and allowing ourselves to feel, express, and simply be.
In the healing circle, participants shared stories, emotions, and silences—creating a safe space rooted in trust, empathy, and deep listening. It became a reminder that healing is not linear, but it becomes lighter when shared.
The jamming session that followed turned emotions into art- voices blending, rhythms flowing, and hearts connecting through music. It was raw, real and deeply comforting.
Together, we experienced:
• The power of safe and intentional spaces
• Healing through sharing, listening, and presence
• Emotional release and collective support
• Music as a form of expression and connection
• Ending the journey with softness, gratitude, and hope
From conversations to chords, from silence to song- Day 3 reminded us that peace is not just something we build outside, but something we nurture within.
Because healing, too, is an act of peace.

Amn Ride: Pedalling Towards Climate Action

Climate action begins with the choices we make in our everyday lives, including how we move.

Through Amn Ride, Amn Movement promotes cycling as a practical, low-carbon alternative to fossil-fuel-dependent transport, encouraging young people to rethink mobility and take an active role in building a more sustainable future.

Amn Ride represents our commitment to translating climate awareness into action by engaging communities, mobilising youth, and advocating for cleaner, more accessible, and environmentally responsible transport.

We believe climate action must extend beyond international commitments and become part of our everyday practices. By making sustainable choices visible and bringing communities together around practical solutions, we can help build momentum for a low-carbon future.

Every pedal is a step towards sustainable mobility. Every action counts in the fight against climate change.

Day 1 - Amn Ride 2.0: Pedals for Peace
A 3-Day Journey of Peace, Movement & Healing
By @amnmovement in collaboration with @parindey_feelfollowfly @hivepakistan @elumni @shaperslahore @amn_safar

We began this journey with an online peacebuilding session, setting the foundation for reflection, dialogue and collective learning.

The session, led by Saira Zahid (Founder, @amnmovement / @amn_safar & Project Lead, @elumni ), explored how peace is not just the absence of conflict but a continuous process rooted in empathy, justice, and everyday actions.
Participants engaged in meaningful conversations around:
• Understanding peacebuilding beyond theory
• The role of women in shaping peaceful communities
• Access to public space and its link to dignity and inclusion
• Nonviolent presence and everyday resistance
• The importance of dialogue, listening, and emotional safety
• Building trust and solidarity within communities
Through shared reflections, participants unpacked how fear, restriction, and silence impact women’s lives—and how reclaiming space, voice, and connection can become powerful acts of peace.
This session laid the groundwork for the days ahead, moving from awareness to action, and from reflection to healing.

Because peace begins with understanding- and grows through connection.
