We had plans for a great session.

Unfortunately Asher had other ideas 😂

So we had a choice. Abort or adapt.

We adapted.

Changed a few things around and still got a lot done.

That’s the reality of training with a baby sometimes. The session isn’t always going to go exactly to plan.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t train.

That’s why our Mum & Baby sessions are built around you and your baby.

DM MUM if you want to join us.

These are the moments I love. ❤️

Spending quality time with my family.

During the holidays we headed to Battersea Power Station to visit the Rameses exhibition.

It was fascinating to see the artefacts and learn about the Battle of Kadesh. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a family day out.

Moments like these remind me why I train.
Not just to be stronger.
But to have the energy to explore.
To chase my kids around museums.
To carry them when they're tired.
To say "yes" to one more adventure.

Fitness for me has never been about looking good.
It's about having the energy to create memories with the people you love.

That's what makes the hard sessions worth it.

❤️

We’ve released our new month of classes
•
It’s been a very busy end of January and start of February. We’ve onboarded more and more people who are tired of a stop start fitness journey and want consistency.
•
February is a short month. Before you know it it’s March and the sun peeks its head in April. This is the time to put the work in for summer.
•
This month is packed with Build Classes for muscle tone and strength development. We’re laying down strong foundations to build our year upon.
•
You can too with Leap Fit. Spaces are getting more and more limited so visit www.leapfit.co.uk and let’s get your journey started 💪🏾

Get the support needed to make 2026 your best ever!
•
If you’ve ever started a fitness journey and stopped in February it’s not your fault. Gyms are set up to entice you in January, you stop going in February but it’s so cheap you keep paying till May convincing yourself you’re going to go back.
•
The motivation is there but the systems aren’t in place to keep you going when things get sticky. It gets sticky for all of us. This is where following a plan, within a community all heading towards their goals keeps you going. It was a big part of sport - coaches and training partners pushing you forward. This is what we provide at Leap Fit. Our members usually stay at least 3 months and it’s then that the progress starts to become visible. Stronger, inches lost, better posture, more confidence. Time doing the right things always leads to good results.
•
We understand the challenges and we’re here to find the solution. Don’t leave it another year. Elite training methods for everyone to benefit from. Join our community and get in the slipstream to your goals 💨

Days Out with Mahla and Elijah
•
If you have kids the word snacks can bring up palpations. They always want them. So about a year ago I came up with a quiz for snack offer. They want a snack, I give them a quiz like name 4 vehicles with wheels. Simple. Firstly they didn't want to, now they love it (most days)
•
This led us to our newest activity Days Outs. I taught them London Landmarks and they wanted to see them. It was cold and Arsenal were playing. Easy sofa day. But when you make a promise you gotta keep it. London Eye was a good start as you get loads of sights in 1 trip and protected from the elements. It was actually very enjoyable
•
Mahla's reading and writing have come on a lot recently. She took her notebook and jotted down her day 🥹

The waters broke in the taxi on the way back from hospital 😱
•
This was madness that could have been avoided. Hospitals need to stop sending women home who are obviously in labour.
•
I'm awaiting my tickets for all the red lights I had to bust and directing them to you.
•
Well done Queen, you birthed another twinnie ❤️

How Does it Feel to be pregnant?
•
DISCLAIMER I know this isn’t even half your feeling ladies.
•
As we prepare to welcome our third child I wanted to get a small insight into how it feels. Amy was delighted, very willing for me to take on this challenge.
•
Firstly it was so uncomfortable, pressing on my insides and would get in the way of everything. I forgive you Amy for always bumping me with the bump 😂
•
Next the centre of gravity change was very interesting. I immediately felt less balanced. This will definitely help me programming sessions for my pregnant clients
•
Finally the lower back pain was targeted and achey. Very tough.
•
Mums you’re incredible carrying this for 9 months. I had to nap after this 😴. Last few days Amy 😍❤️🖤
