MYTH // 01

“You need to sweat for your workout to count.”

We hear this one all the time.

The truth? Sweat is simply your body’s natural cooling system. While heated classes can absolutely be an incredible challenge, they’re not the only way to build strength, improve fitness or support your health.

At Alive, we believe movement should meet you where you are.

Some days that looks like Hot Sculpt.
Some days it’s Yoga.
Some days it’s Pilates.
Some days it’s Body Roll and recovery.

It all counts.

Because the best workout isn’t the one that leaves you exhausted.

It’s the one you keep coming back to. 💗
