Pranayama. The 4th Limb of Yoga. Breathwork is powerful so we take time to explore the science and spirituality of the power of breath. Not just one or a few techniques... because different techniques achieve different results.

We’ve been absolutely blown away by nearly 1000 interactions to this photograph on Highland Scenery and Aurora by Phone pages alone!

Thank you so much for every like, follow, share and beautiful comment, the response has been amazing 💙

Capturing the Aurora has been a long-time hobby of mine. My daughter and I took this at Nairn Golf Club on 7th September, armed with my phone, tripod, enormous jacket and a LOT of patience. ✨

We loved the sea reflecting the magic already happening in the sky, how Earth reflects the beauty of the universe.

But what I love most is what happens next…

Nature inspired the photograph.

👉🏻And the photograph inspired me to paint. 🎨

There’s something rather wonderful about one beautiful moment creating another piece of art.

➡️ Swipe to see my Aurora painting.

Giclée prints are available - DM me if you’d like one.

And if you’d like to try capturing the Aurora yourself, I’m always happy to share what I’ve learned 😊

🌟 NEW MIND BITE!

Ever wondered why once you start thinking about something… you suddenly see it everywhere?

This week, I’m joined by actor & coach @travellingwellnesswarrior Amy Alexander for a wee slice from one of our most-loved episodes — all about visualisation, focus, and why your brain can’t tell the difference between dreams and reality.

It’s short, funny, grounded, and full of those “ohhhh, that actually makes sense now” moments.

In this Mind Bite we cover:
✨ How visualisation really works
✨ Why attention shapes what you notice
✨ The psychology behind focus and energy
✨ Why Lee now sees Fiat 500s every 10 minutes
✨ And how your brain rehearses success before you do

If you want a quick hit of mindset goodness, this one’s for you.
Listen now — and if you enjoy it, the full episode with Amy is linked in the show notes.

🔗 MIND BITE: Vibes & Visualisation with Amy Alexander — out now on Spotify or wherever you get your podcasts in your earlugs.

Ever caught yourself comparing your yoga to someone else’s? 🧘‍♀️

Amy Alexander reminds us that yoga isn’t about how you look — it’s about how you feel.

“Yoga is about you and within you. It’s not about anyone else.”

Listen in full. Link in the comments.

DM me TRANSFORM👇🏻 if you’re ready! ✨

A lot of my clients describe feeling bogged down in self-doubt, desiring a future where they confidently blaze through life, living the life they want, joyfully and playfully going after their ever-present dreams and desires.

I get to watch client after client find their own inner strength, wisdom and confidence they never knew they had 🌟

There’s nothing I love more than watching someone transform their self-doubt into action, excited and motivated to take the steps they always wanted to, living life on their own terms! 😃

💪🏻 Seeing them find their intuition,
💪🏻 Be lead by their creativity
💪🏻 Choose confident reframing stories over old disempowering ones
💪🏻 Acknowledge their own strengths
💪🏻 Smile as they realize how much they are achieving!

This is the transformation I love helping my clients achieve 🙌🏻

If you’re ready to transform your self-doubt into embracing the leading role of your life, DM me TRANSFORM now for a free clarify call ✨
