❤️ Tonight, the number 18 holds a deeper meaning for our G family. As we prepared to launch our 18th fall menu, we realized that 18 was also Owen’s football number. We believe God has a way of touching our hearts through little reminders, and this one touched ours. Our entire G family is praying for Owen’s family and the Marblehead community. From our Big Blue community to yours, we’re sending love and asking God to surround you with comfort, strength and peace. 🙏🕊️ 🍂 Our 18th fall menu launches tonight. Here’s a sneak peek at what Chef Gregg is serving: ✨ Roasted Chicken Fall vegetable hash, sherry reduction & lemon greens ✨ Crispy Duck Breast Butternut mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts & Marsala ✨ Fall Shrimp Fettuccine Shiitake mushrooms, squash & Pinot Grigio Parmesan cream Be the first to taste our new fall menu. 🍽️ #swampscott #marblehead #northshore #fallvibes🍁 #fallmenu

✨ I am SO excited to finally share something that has been on my heart for years… 🙏 WORSHIP + WORKOUT is coming to The FIT HOUSE! Update 💫 more classes added 👇 Mondays 6:30 Wednesday’s 8:30 am & 7:15 pm Saturday’s 10:30 am Many of you who have taken my classes know that I’ve shared my faith along the way. Sometimes I pray with you, and I’ve been adding Christian artists to my playlists for years. ❤️ But for a long time, I’ve felt God calling me to do something more. The FIT HOUSE has always been about so much more than working out. I want it to be a safe space where you can come exactly as you are—to move, heal, connect, find JOY & PEACE, build community and become stronger from the inside out. This is deeply personal to me. There was a time when I felt lost. I was living with chronic pain, anxiety and depression, and my body had become so weak that simply moving without pain felt impossible. When I opened my heart and let Jesus in, I realized I didn’t have to fight everything alone. Step by step, my faith grew. I put in the work, movement became an important part of my healing journey, and God gave me a new purpose. 🙏 I believe in a God who heals, restores and strengthens. And I believe He designed these incredible bodies of ours to MOVE, grow stronger and LIVE LONGER. Today, at 55, I am stronger than I have ever been. Now I feel called to share what God has put on my heart with YOU. ❤️ Worship + Workout will bring together faith, movement, music, fitness and fellowship. Every class will be a little different—and of course, at The FIT HOUSE we won’t do boring! 😉 Come exactly as you are. Move at YOUR pace. Let’s strengthen our faith, bodies, minds & souls—TOGETHER. 🙏❤️ 👀 Want a peek inside The FIT HOUSE? Check out my last Reel to see just some of the FUN ways we move, strengthen & connect! ✨ All the launch details + your special FREE offer are on the flyer above.☝️ ONLY 20 spots per class, so make sure you register to reserve yours! I can’t wait to Worship + Workout with you. 🙏❤️ Amy Brackman #godismoving #praiseandworship #godsplan #northshore #christianliving
