A lunar eclipse, the beautiful open countryside, and a circle of amazing women i get to call my friends — the kind of night that stays with you forever....

I felt humbled meeting the family of the memory bench… a place that holds stories, love, and loss.
Sitting there sharing there safe space under the shadowed moon, it felt like the world paused just long enough for us to feel everything... it was unforgettable and emotional.

🔥THESE ARE MY WARRIORS — ON AND OFF THE BAGS 🔥

🖤💛Tonight wasn’t just a workout of the arm 🥂

It was community, laughter, strength, and sisterhood — the kind of energy you can’t manufacture, only build together.

🖤💛 We work out together.
🖤💛We play out together.

We show up for each other — every rep, every round, every cheers.

This is what it looks like when women choose power, connection, and joy.
💪🥊A tribe. A Fight Club. A family.💪🥊

🖤💛 Strong in the gym. Strong in life. Stronger together.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to step into your power… this is it.

Tonight’s HIIT BOX class was high‑energy, high‑impact, and full of warrior women who refuse to settle for anything less than their strongest selves.

A community.
A sisterhood built on grit, fire, and feminine strength.

💥 Expect:
- Fast combos

🤍 It is near impossible to select only ten memories of this fantastic Dave Hause and The Mermaid tour. I managed somehow but it is nowhere near a full coverage of the the great memories I will take away from these gigs!

🤍 Dave and The 🧜‍♀️ were on FIRE every single night as was the crowd which made for such fun gigs and happy memories. Having Mercy Union on the bill as well was a massive bonus and they really delivered each evening!

🤍 Around the gigs it was so lovely to see so many friends again and to have fun chats and real, sometimes even deep conversations - my favourite way of communication! Thanks y’all for your time and let’s hang again soon! 🥰

Oh wow, judging just from the photos and videos Birmingham nust have been the hottest gig so far! 😱

In more than one ways it seems from what we heard from your raving reviews! Setlist wise Wooderson was added and a couple other favourites made it back on the list too. 🙌

Again thank you all so much for sharing your memories with us, you are all truly amazing! 🥰

What a crazy day for gigs yesterday was in Manchester, some amazing bands played all over the city, and it doesn’t stop at these three. We also had legendary funk band @official_fatback_band playing at @theblueskitchenmcr.
