Gorgeous breakfast taco setup today for Missionary Johnson! 🤍

I’ve grown to love this family through all the events we’ve collaborated on over the years—from missionary farewells to homecomings, and some absolutely stunning weddings in between! I’ve loved working with @amyj888 on each one, talking through all the details and bringing each event together exactly how they envisioned it.

Today’s menu was breakfast street tacos 🌮

Corn + flour tortillas
Smoked pulled pork
Egg, sausage & ham mix
Hash browns
And over 500 pieces of bacon 🥓😂
FYI—the youth LOVE bacon, so we always go above and beyond!

Toppings included:
Chipotle ranch coleslaw
Sweet corn relish
Mango habanero salsa
Shredded cheese
Cotija cheese
Cilantro lime dressing
Jalapeño ranch
Avocado cilantro dressing
Roja sauce

Plus chips + salsa on the side!

Such a fun menu and an even better family to celebrate. Thanks for having us! 🤗🥰❤️

We had the most stunning bride and groom, venue, and decor tonight. It turned out perfect 😍. Thanks for having us!

Menu:
Garlic Parmesan rolls
Smoked brisket
Chicken thighs
Loaded Mac
Roasted vegetables
House salad with ranch

The pictures and video don’t do justice for the magic of the building and how everything came together. 😍😍😍❤️ thanks London and colt for helping out tonight! We saw some familiar faces we have catered for in the past and as always thank you Amy for your trusting me with your families events. We love you guys!
