🚨 Dear HRT manufacturers… the women are not okay. 🚨

Some of us aren’t chasing the latest trend—we’re trying to access the medication that helps us sleep, think clearly, manage hot flashes, protect our bones, and simply feel like ourselves again.

The HRT shortages aren’t just inconvenient. They’re disrupting treatment plans, forcing women to switch medications unexpectedly, and creating unnecessary stress during a stage of life that’s already challenging enough.

Women shouldn’t have to call 15 pharmacies, drive across town, or ration prescriptions just to stay on the treatment plan their doctor recommended.

Menopause isn’t “just part of getting older.” It’s a major health transition, and consistent access to prescribed treatment matters.

If you’ve spent weeks searching for your HRT, you’re not alone.

Let’s start treating women’s health like it deserves the same urgency as every other area of healthcare.

💗 If you’re dealing with the shortage too, leave a ❤️ or tell us how many pharmacies you’ve called. Let’s remind women everywhere that they’re not alone.

The incredible women on our Real Talk: Navigating Women’s Health panel reminded us that it is never too late to take ownership of your well-being.

Their conversation was honest, powerful, and filled with reminders that change begins with awareness and intention. Start asking questions, take small steps, and live life the way you want to live it.

Because when you prioritize yourself, everything else falls into place.
