I didn’t think I’d do this again.

I’ve enjoyed being offline. I’ve enjoyed going back to an ordinary life. Working a regular job, hanging with my family, accepting that not everything needs to be content.

That said, I cannot shut the business part of my brain off. I see opportunity everywhere. It’s in my DNA - Thanks Dad 🧬

I’ve been early once before. And I heard the same thing for YEARS after.

“I wish I would have seen what you saw sooner.”

I know what early feels like and I know that who I joined does too.

And we are both feeling it again.

People are coming out of retirement for this. People who were DONE. People who built big, walked away and were perfectly happy staying away.

That got my attention.

But my life matters more to me now. Whatever I do has to solve a real problem, and it cannot come at the expense of my family.

So I’m making my third bold prediction.

This is going to be big.

I said it with Savvi and I’m saying it early again.

Timing Matters! Don’t wish later you had “seen” it earlier!

A lot can happen in 2 years. 🙏

In April 2024, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. What followed was 5 rounds of chemo, 30 rounds of radiation, a double mastectomy, a hysterectomy, two bouts of staph infection and sepsis, ICU stays, and more doctor appointments than I can count. I’m still in the thick of reconstruction and the after-effects nobody warns you about — the fear that creeps in, wondering if it’ll come back.

But here’s what I know now that I didn’t know then: we can do hard things.

I kept showing up for my 5 kids. I didn’t stop living. Somewhere in the middle of the hardest season of my life, I started rebuilding — lifting weights, eating more protein, drinking my water, swapping to glass containers, using my vibration board for my lymphatic system, sticking with my skincare even on the days I didn’t want to and doing the things to help me get off my weight & inflammation and my non negotiable of my daily quiet time with Jesus. Taking care of myself became non-negotiable.

This right side of the photo? That’s what 2 years, a lot of Jesus, a lot of encouragement from my tribe, a lot of mindset & self talk, a lot of determination and not getting defeated, a lot of positivity and a whole lot of showing up looks like.

If you’re in the middle of your hard right now — whatever it is — I see you. And I’m here for it: the glow up, the health journey, the mindset work, all of it. It’s a daily “I got this mentality”.

Right from my 4 Boys Mouths 💙💙💙💙

4 different boys, 4 different personalities, 4 different ages

As you can see there is no right answer on “Do I call or wait til they call me?” It’s an individual preference.

…. BUT Mamas, Here me out!

Most boys don’t want to hear from you every day. #sadtruth They are busy. They are meeting new friends, hopefully going to school, developing independence and if in sports -
Good Luck 😂 they basically have no time.

I hear moms say :::
“ I’m going to talk to my son everyday when they are in college” 😱🙅🏻‍♀️

“They better call or text me everyday” 😱🙅🏻‍♀️

“I’m watching their every move and will text them if they don’t need to be at that place/party” 😱🙅🏻‍♀️

If you have those expectations and let them know it and they feel like they are being watched from states away and get in trouble for all the above - good luck in having a relationship with that child.

Yall - I’m a girl and would have hated that. Don’t suffocate your kids when they are learning to grow up! Ask yourself “would I have liked all that on me when I was in college?”

So once again - BOUNDARIES!!! If you don’t bug them then they will WANT to talk to you, WILL pick up the phone instead of ignore & feel the freedom to tell you all about their life because mama won’t get mad - she will listen!!! (even tho boys don’t say much 😂)

Communicate - ASK THEM “how much is too much?”

You gunna be ok Mama! It’s not easy but its also some of the best 4 or 5 years of your life 💙
