@montaukom OM in Montauk is open everyday for the season and the studio looks beautiful. Airy, sunny, and mirrored, you almost feel like you’re outside. The best part - it’s right in town and right down the block from the beach. OM has a really welcoming vibe the second you walk in. No attitude, no pressure, just people showing up to move and feel good. I took @jessicaaaarae_ Pilates class and loved it. There’s a great flow to the class, and before you know it your abs are shaking and muscles you forgot existed are waking up. Challenging, but in a really good way. What I also like about OM is that it isn’t just yoga. Their schedule mixes things up with a great lineup of experienced teachers and a good variety of classes, including Community Class, Mat Pilates 50, OM Flow 60, Power Flow 60, Sculpt Flow 60 and Slow Flow 60. Each class offers a different way to move and reset. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need. As much as I love my high-energy workouts, every once in a while it’s nice to trade the adrenaline for a little balance. OM is not a heated studio and is a great reminder that fitness doesn’t always have to leave you drenched in sweat to be effective.

Here’s a look at last week’s annual PYP wine night! A heartfelt thank you to incredible PYP member and sommelier extraordinaire, Alison Morris Roslyn, for her expert guidance through this exquisite tasting. A special shoutout to Fed and his remarkable staff at Tutto Caffé in East Hampton for always elevating the moment. I feel immensely grateful to be surrounded by such brilliant, compassionate, and inspiring women. PYP is more than just a platform for education and funding nonprofits; it’s a powerful community that empowers women to boldly champion their beliefs. We’re a sisterhood fueled by kindness and support, driven to create positive change! Together, we celebrate our strengths, uplift one another, and embrace the FUN in everything we do. 📸: @toandaomedia @alisonmorrisroslyn @franceynotfancy @tuttoilgiornocaffe

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for ‘Share the Love’ on National Wear Red Day, February 6, in partnership with Pitch Your Peers The Hamptons, Share the Harvest Farm, and the American Heart Association! Your energy made this event truly special. One highlight was our Hands-Only CPR session, empowering us with lifesaving skills that can double or triple survival rates during cardiac arrest. Together, we can create a safer community! We also crafted valentines for the seniors at St. Michael’s, ready to spread joy at their Valentine’s Day party on February 11. 💌 A special thanks to @sweethamptoncakery for the delicious treats that added an extra layer of sweetness to our morning.
