We’re delighted to announce a major new artistic partnership with Kings Place, creating a home for Festival Voices to develop some of our most ambitious work to date.

Our first year plans include:

𝗙𝗿𝗶 𝟮𝟲 𝗠𝗮𝗿 | 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝗻𝗲 | 𝟳.𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺
𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻 — 𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀
A special Good Friday performance tracing a rich lineage of musical ideas across more than four centuries. We perform works by Byrd, Steve Reich, Missy Mazzoli and a world premiere by Vivek Haria(@kevintheharris20), before joining forces with co-resident ensemble @phaedraensemble for MacMillan’s powerful ‘Seven Last Words from the Cross’.

Following our first Curated By… with Ben Nobuto, we return to the series with composer and soprano @heloisewerner. Taking the reins, Héloïse brings us into her creative world through vocal music, sounds and ideas that have shaped her practice.

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗕𝗔 | 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝗻𝗲
𝗧𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲 — 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗨𝗞 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗲)
We’re currently fundraising towards presenting the UK premiere of @hedtearne’s ‘Farming’ in autumn 2027. A visceral work for voices, ensemble and amplified electronics, it digs into agriculture, consumption, colonisation and the systems that connect us all. Sound, text and ideas collide in a genre-defying confrontation with the forces of land, labour, technology and capital behind the food we consume.

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻. 𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

We’re completely thrilled to have been awarded a grant from @continuofoundation towards recording our first album together!

Madness • Folie • Locura

This album will immortalise our first programme together, ‘Yo Soy La Locura’ named after Henri du Bailly’s early-17th-century passacaglia in which Love declares, “I am Madness, though no one believed themselves to be mad”.
