This is my first leg workout at the Athletic factor gym and I cannot get over all the equipment that they have in their leg area. They have eight different leg presses,
4 different Cybex leg presses, a heavy duty hammer leg press, a magnum leg press, a flex leg press and an old school leg press just like they had in the movie pumping iron, the exact one that Arnold used!💥
If you’ve never been to this gym, you have to come and see this amazing selection of equipment !💥 and I got all this for only $35 a month!💥 if you like to train legs, I guarantee this is the place for you, don’t take my word for it. Come see for yourself!💥

2800 daily cals, low 174… this is good. Roughly 5 days I anticipate raising my carb-calories by 100, after five days from today that following week I will be chasing 175 pounds on the scale… this is tempered growth. Calm patient and damn near predictive…. The reason I feel methodical bulking is sustainable is because I am watching my lagging muscles and my frame fill out in real time… during the playback tonight, I don’t even recognize those lumps that are starting to consume my upper back area around my shoulders because I’ve always neglected shoulder training and arm training and back training… side note: we are gonna be at planet fitness for a while… primarily because PF is 2/10 of a mile from my home-EOS is nearly 12 miles round-trip… I adore EOS however EOS is not in the stars at the moment… and that’s OK too… my muscles cannot tell the difference…. And the members are slowly starting to understand there is absolutely no shame in flexing targeted muscles through out the lift! In fact, IMO flexing muscles between sets forces blood in every little nook cranny and into every seam that separates our muscle groups! And To share a moment with all of you, towards the end of tonight’s lift, I glanced across the planet fitness to see some young bucks posing biceps between sets… watching them stand there with engorged arms up, chest tall, and eyes that resembles round saucers I covertly witnessed them smiling hard at their reflections!!! And that is how we grow together!!! #shoulders #gym #bodybuilding #samsulek #chosensupps

2500 daily cals— protein 200g, carbs 300g, fat 60, fructose 100g, sugar 40g, h20 1.4gal…. Zero junk food (this is the largest difference from last years 6 month bulk that ended last November 2025 and left me jiggly in the love handles) we will re assess a shallow deficit in 45 days (I have been aggressively sharply cutting since last November) I cut way too sharp… I have never been this muscular and lean in my entire life… if I don’t feather out of this cut into a responsible mini bulk, then I will end up with loose skin around my abdomen… and I will not allow that to happen… the next 45 days are about training abs, like a lunatic to assist with adding muscular definition and conture to my abdominal wall and also infusing topical high end skin cream into the skin around my abbs to keep flesh infused with nutrients… the condition of my core in 6 weeks will be the deciding factor on feathering back down into a shallow deficit till mid November (OCB-Tampa masters novice debut)… I suppose all that to say… we finna grow a lil tooo now!!!

#tibias #adductors #squats #samsulek #bodybuilding executed after yesterday’s “rub down” rest day … I began carb-loading morning of and through out the entirety of yesterday’s rest day… 10 hours of sleep to start this day .. this lift commenced about 11pm… usual carb restriction all day (as usual whey protein intake only all day today) 4 hours before this lift commenced eight(8) rice cakes were consumed, then finally-(8)eight more rice cakes and two bananas were consumed 1 hour prior to commencing lift…. This is my rest/carb routine for heavy-heavy work in the power racks (rack pulls, squats, and deadlifts). … I will not disrupt my cut and deficit during the other days of the week … my typical daily carb source is 4 strategically timed bananas and nothing else… I only eat sourdough and rice cakes on rest days and commencing 4 hours prior to heavy power rack work executed the day after resting…. …(Clean) Carbohydrates are extremely powerful tools that increase in potency when administered in a sparingly and controlled manner…. And it should be noted… I am still 20+ percent body fat.. This is only variable that allows me to manipulate carbohydrates and simple sugars so aggressively…. In my opinion once you start getting closer to 13% body fat and lower, clean carbohydrates become a daily staple and aggressive intermittent fasting is off the table for good… in my opinion intermittent fasting is only intended for fatty. Mc fatty fat fat boys like me…

225 lbs ➡️ 228 lbs

Read that again. @andrewdecaro88 is actually 3 lbs HEAVIER in the photo on the right

More muscle. Less body fat. Better body composition. This is exactly why the scale is a tool, not the end all be all when measuring progress

& this was done while working a demanding pharmaceutical sales career AND owning a business with his wife. Life stayed busy, responsibilities didnt disappear, & excuses couldve been easy to make. Instead, he stayed disciplined & continued to execute

The goal isnt always to weigh less. Sometimes the goal is to look completely different at MORE

NO OPPORTUNITY WASTED
