A chilly morning, but such a good way to end the season! 🍂🤍

A BIG thank you to everyone who braved the cooler temperatures and joined us yesterday for our final Pilates pop-up of the year at @glendaleridgevineyard!

We couldn't have asked for a better group to close out the series. Thank you for making these mornings so special all season long, and for helping us finish on such a high note.

Until next year! 🥂🤍

The Contrology family has a new Authorized Demo Center right in the heart of the Caribbean! Meet Classic Pilates Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 the first and only Classical Pilates studio in the island, and the first ADC in the Caribbean 🏝️
“The Contrology Reformer was the first piece of classical equipment I got when transitioning from contemporary to classical Pilates. We hit it off from day 1, I felt the work, I saw the change, and the apparatus just felt amazing.”
- Ana, Co-founder of the studio.
“We knew from the beginning we wanted our equipment to be Contrology, there was no doubt about it! Our clients had already fallen in love with them.”
-Maribel, Co-founder of the studio.
Planning a trip to Puerto Rico? We are open to visitors from all over the world, from private sessions and group classes, to open studio for teachers and seasoned practitioners.
Hope to see you around!

Happy 50th Anniversary Balanced Body! Thank you for a wonderful weekend of Pilates discoveries, playing and connections with old & new friends at the iconic @sab_nyc in @lincolncenter

Highlights included hanging with my friend & first teacher OG Phoebe Higgins (tested me out for my first Pilates course 25 yrs ago!). Phoebe started taking ballet classes as a teenager here at SAB, and later started the Pilates program here. Decades later, this beautiful Pilates studio is the envy of us all. ❤️

And our @kinected_kaneschool gang representing, bringing research & nuanced practicality to our Pilates community.

Day one at @pilatesontour New York, Open Joe’s Gym.
Gina in her element, teaching with precision, generosity, and depth. This weekend is a reminder that Pilates asks us to stay humble before the work. To keep learning. To keep listening. To keep becoming.

Be the student, even when you’re the teacher.
“Who remembers what she said about students and clients “ Comment if you were in the room when it happened.

Open gym at the School of American Ballet with @contrology.bb and @balanced_body. More from the weekend soon. ✨

As 2025 comes to a close, I feel deeply grateful for everything this year brought 🤍
So many collaborations, exchanges, travels, and meaningful conversations ✈️🗣️
that continue to shape the way I teach and see this work.

Thank you to Kathryn Ross-Nash, Grasshopper Pilates, and Balanced Body
for the incredible 3-day event “KRN in NYC” 🏙️

Teaching in Seoul—twice this year—was a powerful reminder of how movement truly connects us beyond language and borders 🌏🤍

Starting the Therapy Program in NYC would not have been possible without Terry Frangopoulos.
Thank you for your knowledge, passion, and fun while learning! 🧠🔥

To all the students and colleagues I met at conferences and courses throughout the year:
these encounters are the true fuel behind this work ✨

Thank you to Pilates Anytime and Balanced Body for the continued collaboration and support 🤝

To my friend and the force behind all FEET-NESS & ELDOA courses in Italy, Cristina Centrone,
and to my partner in crime at POT events across the US, Brooke Chaffee—
thank you for walking this road with me 👣

These images show only some of you, but many more were part of this journey.
To everyone who collaborated, supported, questioned, learned, and shared space with FEET-NESS this year:
thank you 🤍

See you soon.
2026 is already calling ✨📞

POT CHICAGOland 2025! 😍

Started October off with a bang! (I know… I’m terrible at posting things in a timely manner 😆)
Even though I don’t have a single photo from my workshop or my other co-taught workshop with my dear friend @mypilateslondon 👯 I still have some lovely memories to show for the awesome weekend 💗 Thank you @balanced_body for another amazing experience to share! 🥰

What an incredible weekend! The International Contrology Conference @jcvitalitymethod and @contrology.bb did not disappoint – once again filled with amazing presenters and guest teachers. I’m truly honored to have been invited to be a part of this phenomenal event alongside such talented groups of teachers and students. If you couldn’t make it this year, trust me – it’s a must for next year! 🌟. #ContrologyConference #PilatesCommunity #Grateful #EducationAndInspiration #PilatesTeachers #Contrology

Leave it to my mom to keep a treasure trove of my Millennial past.

She found my old @gaiam Pilates Bodyball VHS — you know, the one with the little purple weighted ball that started it all. 💜

Picture it: little me after school, getting my wiggles out with @anacaban on the TV, doing Pilates like it was 1999 — because it was. 😆

And of course, I probably followed it up with a pack of Wildberry Pop-Tarts and an @aldiusa cream soda.

Thanks, Mom, for saving the sugar and the archives. 📼✨

Sweet how it all circles back — we are who we are. 💫
