Lovely day out with friends enjoying a beautiful Fall day and an exhibition of local Black artists created by the @abaguild! Super cool that my friend, @anadmoss__high, is a featured artist in the exhibition. 🎨🖌️👩🏾‍🎨 Seems like the leaves changed color over night because Fall colors were on full display. 🍂🍁

Well, that's a wrap guys. All four C's are completed and ready to be hung by @frameworksohio . This was an awesome opportunity provided by the @cleguardians team and I loved every minute. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity and a dream come true. All four pieces will be hung at the Progressive Fields Adminstration building, along with my very own Plaque. How cool is that? I'm making history guys! #makinghistory #memoriesforlife #fineart #dreamscometrue #blackartist #clevelandsports #clevelandguardians #legendary #makingmoves #progressivefield #award #awardwinning #citywideart

The winner is @sarah_alles 🌟🌟 (Ich meld mich bei dir) Thanks to everyone else who contributed funny-serious-beautiful captions, I highly appreciate your thoughts, time and engagement. ❤️ To me the humxn experience is an endless mosaic, a canvas painted with countless shades and forms. Yoga, for me, isn't a one-size-fits-all deal. Life comes in countless shades and forms, and I find it limiting when folks try to cram yoga into a tiny moral box and label everything else as taboo or wrong. My approach of yoga is different – I am more the type of integrating all parts of life. Those who've been following my journey know that I'm all about embracing life in its fullness, celebrating its many facets, integrating the light and the dark, not just the glossy and positive vibes. That picture I posted? It was a moment of pure laughter, a lifeline amidst a dark chapter. I might be naive. It's a slice of me — the part that giggles at silly pictures and memes! You don’t have to agree or like it. You don’t even have to respond. The unwavering seriousness and rigid moral codes some associate with yoga and its ⚪️ washed *love and light* version often stir up unnecessary emotional storms. My personal lesson from this experience is that it served as a mirror reflecting how my own seriousness can sometimes overshadow the simple joy of living and laughing, less judging. Humxn nature is diverse. As one of my teachers once said: Life is too serious to take everything serious. . . . #yogajourney #yogaberlin #shadowwork #innerdemons #yogaland #yogiwarriors #spirituality #spiritualität #decolonize #afroyoga #mindsets
