Maybe the best, for sure the most peculiar and artistically beautiful racing game on #Playstation2: #AutoModellista by #Capcom! Do you remember it? Pic by @pierinolartista and his amazing PVM screen. #Capcom #gamesofthe90s

Have you ever imagined a Breakout-clone that's also an RPG? Sounds difficult? Well, it exists and it's called #BetaBloc on Playstation2. Developed by the legendary devs of Tamsoft, the greatest Japanese budget developer, and published by D3, it's part of the legendary #Simple2500 series! Here you're not destroying blocks for fun or fighting aliens, but you're exploring a waste land of seven citadels guarded by monsters. In this game you can use extra weapons, screen shakes and spells along with your paddle, and the levels are constantly flooded by deadly enemies. It's underrated but it's a good twist on the Arkanoid-clones genre. #gamesofthe90s

Sometimes it's better to absolve and forgive...absolve and forgive the sadly legendary #PhoenixGames for games like #DoomsdayRacers! An arcade racer developed by the guys of Mere Mortals (thanks for noticing us), that's so clunky and sticky to be boring and almost unplayable. Btw this is the kind of games I've asked for my birthday one month ago, and so I love it, a strange kind of love of course. #gamesofthe90s

A sweet rarity from the #Playstation age: the uncommon #Asciiware controller! Unluckily this one is not mine, but it's a pleasure to see. Have you ever owned one of these? #gamesofthe90s

Sunday's time for the #NintendoSwitch going full retro with #MendelPalace. An action/puzzle by Game Freak and Satoshi Tajiri that entertains and gets you into a complex but engaging action. Great game. #gamesofthe90s

Some simple, good looking #TombRaider action. Nothing will ever be more "old but gold" than this, at least for a millennial gamer grown up in the mid 90s. #CoreDesign #gamesofthe90s
