Wellness can feel like a lot.

The right routine. The right clothes. The right food. The right way to move, meditate, breathe, heal… be.

We’re not really interested in adding another thing you’re supposed to be doing.

Ananda Soul is about making wellness easier to explore — bringing people, practices and experiences together so you can try something new, find what feels good and leave what doesn’t.

You don’t have to know where to start.
You don’t have to be “good” at wellness.
You definitely don’t have to have it all together.

Come exactly as you are.

We’ll explore from there. 🤍

That’s Ananda Soul.

You came. You explored. You told us. And we listened. ✨

Based on 22 guest responses, AHIMSA received an average experience rating of 4.5 out of 5 with 21 respondents rating their day a 4 or 5.

Even better? 21 of 22 said they would be highly likely to return.

You loved the movement, the atmosphere, the sound healing and the freedom to explore wellness in your own way.

You also told us where we can do better: more food choices, clearer signage and schedules, and easier planning before the day.

Because the real glow-up is listening. Your feedback helps us honour what worked, learn from what didn’t and shape what comes next with intention.

Thank you for showing up, sharing honestly and being part of AHIMSA. 🌿

What part of the day stayed with you?

Turns out, wellness can look a lot like this.

Moving together.
Trying something new.
Laughing when it gets weird.
Finding a little more ease.
Remembering it’s really not that serious.

Ananda Soul has always been about creating spaces where wellness feels a little more human, less about doing it right, more about finding what actually feels good for you.

AHIMSA gave us a pretty beautiful glimpse of that.

More of this, please. 🤍

Listening before your body needs to get louder. 🤍

For Shannon of Hawthorn Healing, wellness means being in relationship with yourself physically, emotionally, energetically and intuitively.

At Ananda Soul, we’re getting to know the people behind the practices, and what feeling well means to them.

A conversation that began at AHIMSA, continued here.

What does wellness mean to you?

You’ve seen a lot of AHIMSA lately. But behind AHIMSA is Ananda Soul.

It started with the three of us and a shared belief that wellness doesn’t have to look one particular way.

It can be movement or stillness. Nourishment or conversation. Trying something completely unfamiliar. Being outside. Being together. Or simply having the space to figure out what you need.

That’s what these photos represent.

They begin with us, move through the people, practices and moments that brought our vision to life, and come back to the three of us.

Because our role isn’t to define wellness for you. It’s to create spaces to explore it.

Ananda Soul is where we ask questions, share perspectives, connect people with practices and practitioners, and create experiences that bring it all together.

AHIMSA is one of those experiences. Ananda Soul is the community behind it.

And there’s a lot more we want to explore.

Outdoor spin beneath the trees. Space to explore your strength. People cheering you on. 💙

Our Visionary Partner, Lancer Rec at the University of Windsor, helped bring this part of AHIMSA to life, providing the equipment for Lancers Lane and making our outdoor spin vision possible.

To Sandra, Mike, Graham and the volunteers: thank you for your generosity, your time and the care you brought to the experience. So much happens behind the scenes to create moments like these, and we’re grateful you were part of ours.

Here’s to moving together, trying something new and making room for more experiences like this in our community.

With gratitude,
The AHIMSA Team ✨

AHIMSA came to life with the support of people who believed in what we were creating. Jordan Scott, owner of Estate of Health and our Visionary Partner, was one of those people. 🤍

From guiding shamanic journey circles to generously gifting six Estate of Health guest passes to one lucky winner, Jordan helped our guests experience something special and take a little of that possibility home.

Jordan, thank you for sharing your time, your practice, and your warmth with our community. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the AHIMSA story. 🌿

What does wellness mean to you?

For Jen of The Rested Body, it means feeling at peace in your body. Feeling connected to yourself. Gently discovering what supports you, without force or pressure.

At AHIMSA, we make space for these conversations and for the people, practices, and experiences that invite you to explore your own answer.

We’re so grateful to Jen for sharing Spinal Flow with our guests last Sunday. 🤍

What’s one small thing that helps you feel more like yourself?

This is AHIMSA. 🤍

A moment to pause, try something new, and share a little space with people you might never have met otherwise.

To everyone who joined us, and the guides and partners who helped make it possible, thank you. You brought this experience to life.

Now, we’d love to hear how it was for you. What did you love? What could we do better? What would you like to experience next?

Our guest feedback form is linked in our bio. Your honest feedback will help shape what comes next.

You were part of it. You’re part of its future, too.

Out of office. Practicing what we preach. 🤍

After pouring so much love into AHIMSA, it was our turn to slow down, reconnect, and let someone else hold the space.

A little Lungovita, a lot of gratitude, and a few “okay, but imagine next year…” conversations. 🤭

Something beautiful is already taking shape… stay tuned.

Still taking it all in. 🤍

The movement. The moments of stillness. The cold-plunge courage. The conversations between classes.

And the people who made it all feel like AHIMSA.

To our guests: thank you for showing up, trying something new, and sharing your Sunday with us.

To our guides, vendors, visionary partners, volunteers, and the team at VIN Winery × Wedding in the Woods: thank you for the care, time, and heart you brought to this experience.

From the three of us—Holly, Larissa & Glow—thank you for helping bring this vision to life.

You made it what it was.

What’s one moment from Sunday you’re still thinking about? ✨
