“Go Meg, you’re crushing it!” 📣🙌

Safe to say this video pretty much sums up Megans race at the Chicago Marathon. She crushed it! And finished with a 4 min PR!

@megshealy I can’t wait to see your running journey progress and am so excited for your 2027 goals!

Tough days don’t define us, how we respond to them does. 🏃‍♀️💨💥

Huge congratulations to Camille on finishing a gritty Chicago Marathon!

When hot temps and early challenges threw Plan A out the window, Camille adapted, pivoted her strategy, and stayed in the fight all the way to the finish line, even making time to enjoy the energy and dance to the DJs along the route.

In endurance sports and in life when things don’t go as planned, choosing to stay in teaches us:

Adaptability: Racing the day you’re given, not the day you wanted.
Resilience: pushing through when conditions stack against you.
Grit: Banked mental strength that easy days can never
build.

Next stop: Boston Marathon! 💙💛 We keep stacking bricks.

From first-time marathoners to 20 minute PRs, my heart is so full after watching all my athletes take on the Chicago and Victoria Marathons this weekend!

The marathon is a beast. It will challenge you, humble you, test your limits, and sometimes make you question everything. But that's also what makes it so special.

One thing I always remind my athletes is that the hardest part of the marathon happens long before race day. It's the early mornings, the long runs, the workouts you didn't want to do, the sacrifices, the setbacks, and the days you showed up when nobody was watching.

Race day is your victory lap. It's your opportunity to celebrate all the hard work you've already put in.

As a coach, there is nothing more rewarding than watching athletes believe in themselves, push through tough moments, and accomplish things they once thought were impossible.

Whether you crossed the finish line for the very first time, earned a huge PR, or fought through a tough race, I am SO incredibly proud of every single one of you.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. I never take that privilege for granted.

Huge congratulations to Kate on crushing her first marathon as a mom!

Squeezing in long runs around motherhood, travel, and work takes a lot of work and dedication. Throughout the process, Kate stayed flexible, met her body right where it was, and built back safely.

So inspired and proud of you Kate!

Hyak Passage, our first official Cielo Running race. We actually did it. ❤️‍🔥🦇✨

This race started with a pretty simple idea. Make something that felt like us. Thoughtful, welcoming, a little wild, and deeply rooted in the people we love running with.

Seeing it come to life on Saturday, with so MANY of you out there running, volunteering, cheering, and taking care of each other, was everything.

Thank you to every person who helped make this first one real, and to the partners and sponsors who believed in it with us.

We’re so proud. We’re so grateful.

First one in the books. ✨

@annoutdoorlife ran the Poulsbo 10k. A PB & 3rd in her age group! Ann has been building up strength and mileage this past year to be able to start racing more this year and tear up some goals.

@sjackso13 ran the Twin Cities! Earned herself a BQ and a qualifier for Chicago and NY 💥

So proud of you ladies! Thank you for letting me guide & coach you.

you can take the girl out of the wild, but you can't take the wild out of the girl 🤘🏻

My second ultramarathon is 6 weeks from today 🤯 this run was the first in a while where I felt optimistic about getting to the finish line. But seeing my favorite volcanos reminded me of something: trail running isn't about a PR. It's about the joy of being out in the wild, the joy of feeling alive, the joy of soaking in natural beauty, the joy of embracing a challenge. if this was easy, everyone would do it.

this feral trail creature is ready 🔥

So much to celebrate!

So proud of all my athletes who raced these past few weeks! Big PRs all around, traveling the world, and getting training runs during a marathon build.

Training is hard on the body mentally & physically. There are a lot of factors that we can't control on race day (like the weather), but we all pushed through, ran with grit & heart, and crossed that finish line. Congrats to all of you! I'm proud to be your coach!

Pictures @nehasfitnessdiary with a PR in the Chicago 1/2!

5 minute PB for @krstna_ at the @berlinmarathon !!!!

PB for Kellee at the Chicago 1/2!

PB for Ankit at the Google 5k!

Deepa ran a half marathon as part of her LR workout for her NYC build!

After years of wondering why South Seattle didn't have a local running store, despite its many local run clubs and races, Miran McCash and fellow runner Amy DiTommaso decided to team up and do something about it.

Earlier this month, they opened South End Running Exchange as a mobile run specialty shop, creating access for their running community.

In this feature article, Miran McCash shares more on...
🚚 How South End Running Exchange became a reality
🏃🏻‍♀️ How her own running philosophy has evolved over the years
🫶 What she loves about being a run coach

She’s a sub-90 girlie now! 🏃‍♀️🔥

“I was so happy to surprise myself on a day that I didn’t feel my best. I had no notion in my mind that I was prepared to go that fast right now. But your comment saying you thought I could go in the 1:29s was in the back of my mind all morning which gave me the confidence to try.” — Camille

This is what happens when physical preparation meets belief. So proud of you, Camille!
