For years, we have advocated for political prisoners to be released and for executions in Iran to end immediately.

But we also understand that these atrocities are not isolated excesses of a system capable of reform. Imprisonment, torture and execution are the very mechanisms through which the Islamic Republic maintains power.

Calling for prisoners to be freed is an urgent demand but freedom cannot mean releasing people back into the same society where they can be monitored, threatened, rearrested or executed for continuing to oppose the regime.

Calling for an end to executions is essential but executions will not end permanently while the state continues to rely on fear and death for its survival.

We demand the immediate release of political prisoners and an immediate end to executions while recognising that lasting freedom, safety and justice can only be achieved when the Islamic Republic is removed.

Human rights should never depend on ideology. The lived experiences of millions of Iranians deserve to be heard without being filtered through someone else’s political narrative. Listen to survivors before speaking over them.

All truth passes through three stages: first it is ridiculed, second it is violently opposed, and third it is accepted as self-evident - Arthur Schopenhauer

For many Iranians, this quote captures the long struggle of confronting the reality of the Islamic regime. For years, those who warned about the regime’s brutality, its repression of women, its use of imprisonment, executions, and intimidation, were often dismissed as exaggerating or being politically motivated. That was the stage of ridicule.

As more people began to speak out, especially inside Iran, from students, journalists, and women protesting compulsory hijab, the response shifted to violent opposition. The regime answered truth with force: arrests, torture, intimidation of families, and attempts to silence voices both inside Iran and across the diaspora.

And yet today we witness Australians parading the regimes flag as they refuse to accept what is self evident…

Woman Life Freedom, inspired by the death of mahsa, a revolution led to dismantle the regime for its crimes…you carry Mahsa’s photo today next to the flag responsible for her death.

My circle is small, but every woman in it is a powerhouse.

Diana Bahadour, the only difference between me and her is that I got out of the country and she couldn’t.

Western privilege dulls our urgency. We get so consumed by pushing our own agendas that we forget others are fighting simply to survive.

My best friend supports Pahlavi. I hold a centrist position. We don’t agree on Iran’s political future, but we respect each other enough to listen. Civil discourse hasn’t weakened our friendship, it’s strengthened it.

What we all need to be focusing on is the thousands of Iranians massacred at the hands of the Islamic Regime. The priority isn’t which ideology wins arguments abroad; it’s the daily reality of people facing executions, imprisonment, poverty, pollution, and systemic repression.

Our focus should reflect their urgency, not our egos.

💔 THE ISLAMIC REGIME IS CHARGING FAMILIES FOR THE CORPSES OF THEIR LOVED ONES 🤬

I need you to stop scrolling and read this message from Iran. Swipe right for translation.

This is a voice piercing through the suffocating silence of the Day 4 Internet Blackout. While the world has been cut off, this is the reality on the ground in Iran right now:

“Since Saturday they are killing people really badly...They’ve killed at least 10,000 people.”

“The cemetery is extremely crowded.”

“For every person they killed with a bullet, they charge 700 million (about $1,170) to release their body.”

Let that sink in.

They are murdering our people, and then holding their bodies ransom for the price of the bullet that killed them. This is not just a crackdown; this is a crime against humanity.

1️⃣ TO MY FELLOW IRANIANS:

Read the last line of the message again:

“You guys on the other side take care of the people, don’t let them suppress the people.”

This is our mandate.

The brave soul who sent this from inside the slaughterhouse does not care about your political party.

They do not care about your flag preference.

They are begging us to “take care of the people.” Every minute we spend fighting each other is a minute we are failing them.

We need to be ONE shield. ONE voice.

If they can face martial law and bullets, we can put aside our differences to save them.

Unity is no longer an option…it is a duty.

2️⃣ TO MY NON-IRANIAN FRIENDS:

You might feel helpless reading this. You are not. You have the one thing the people in this photo do not have: A Signal.

The regime cuts the internet because they are terrified of YOU witnessing this massacre.

Prove them right.
Talk about the 10,000 lives reported lost.
Talk about the ransom for corpses.
Don’t let them die in the dark.

We are their voice. Don’t let it shake. 🦁

2025 was all about coming home to myself, in QLD, and the things that I love.

The things that make me, me.
Community. Connection. Growth. Fitness. Conversations that inspire me. Fun and adventure. Spontaneity. Friendships that go beyond surface level. Leaning into new experiences and activities. Creating rituals, forming new habits and re-establishing old ones.

2026 is all about execution, locking in on goals and continuing to surround myself with people who are good for me. The beautiful humans who lift me up, inspire me, value me at my best and worst, and reciprocate the energy and effort I bring to my relationships🤍
