Back Pain Documentary Journey — Episode 1 🎥

I’ve dealt with back pain for years, but I realized I’d spent so much time trying to manage it without actually understanding what was going on.

So, I finally decided to get properly assessed, and my first physiotherapy session was honestly such an eye-opener @anchorsteppt

From the assessment to the exercises and treatment, I learned so much about my movement, strength and what I actually need to work on.

And apparently, I need to stop avoiding chest & shoulder day. 😭😂

Overall, it was genuinely a 10/10 experience, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me. 🤍

If you’ve been experiencing ongoing back, neck or shoulder discomfort, don’t just ignore it or keep guessing. Get properly assessed by a physiotherapist.
