ATHLETIC CORE AND UPPER WITH PLYOS 🏋🏽‍♂️💪🏽

Not a lazy workout but here’s a lazy caption since I’m on vacation 🤪 I gave you the reps, you see the workouts, NOW GET TO WORK 🫵🏽😈 AND REMEMBER TO HAVE FUN 🤩

What is the core comprised of? ⚖️🧍🧍‍♀️
- Abdominals, pelvis, diaphragm, erectors & glutes

What is the function of these core workouts? ⚙️🔋
- Stability & Support
- Body Control and Proprioception
- Connecting the Upper Body & Lower Body
- Transferring Force

Put it all together and it’s exactly what an athlete needs and uses when they’re in performance mode. (If you have a body, you’re an athlete 😉)

I’m away and on the move for a lil while, connections hasn’t been great, got a busy itinerary, AND the machines were under maintenance so there were only dumbbells… 🤦‍♂️🙄 BUT WE GOT IT DONE ANYWAYS! 🗣️😈

This weekend I had a wedding but I NEEDED some movement after sitting on a plane and car for so long 🥲 so enjoy a quick Upper Body workout from Coach Andy’s Vacation Destination 🇸🇻🫓🫡
Stay Tuned for some more international content 🌎✈️😁

Check it out! 👀✅ A big part of becoming a great soccer player is making sure you have excellent ball mastery! ⚽️🦶🏽
Improve your ball mastery with these Indoor Wall Ball touches! As little as 15-20 minutes a day can go a long way in the long run 📈⏳

Some of these are definitely more applicable In-Game than others, but these patterns are more about getting familiar with the ball, getting comfortable with your touch, and learning how to manipulate the ball how you want! 🧠🧙‍♂️🔮
Here we have a few fun variations that you can do with any wall, indoor or outside! Try them out and let us know what you think! 🫡👏

🎂🎉🥳 EVERYBODY WISH COACH SYD THE HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY! 🥳🎉🎂

Happy birthday Sydney, we adore you and our team is incredibly lucky to have you 🥰🫶🏽 From coming in as an intern and always being the most proactive of the bunch, to deciding to stay with us after your internship finished and making an immediate impact, it’s always seemed like being a part of RAMP was more than just a requirement for school🫂
You have a smile and passion for learning that is outright contagious, and has helped us smooth out the bumps and fill in the cracks of all the mayhem we’re surrounded by day in and day out. Not only have you motivated our members to push beyond what they can do and know, but you have meshed so well with everybody you’ve come across in such a short time. Your intelligence, composure, and eagerness is something that helps us build, and we can’t imagine our community without you along for the ride. 🥰🫶🏽
Thank you for always going above and beyond to make sure everyone is getting the most out of their journey. Your dedication to helping members achieve their goals is truly inspiring. 🧠🏆

Cheers to making gains and crushing goals together! 🥅📈🏋🏽‍♀️

Welcome to Wednesdays Wondrous Workouts where we give you some variety to add to your routines and regimen! 🏋️‍♂️💪
Today is the TRX Row, let us know if you tried this or found it helpful! 😉👍

The TRX Row is a great way to add some variety to your Pull or back days when you’re getting bored of those classic Dumbbell and Barbell rows! 🚣‍♂️

1) Grab the bands and lean back, letting the TRX Bands support your weight (the lower you go the more difficult it will be!) 🤝
2) Keep your body in a straight line, so your hips aren’t dropped or overextended 📏
3) Engage your Glutes and Core to help you maintain your form! 🫡
4) Pull your chest up to the handles of the TRX and pinch the back of your shoulders together! 🔝⏬
5) Maintain a steady tempo lifting and lowering so you control the weight and motions! ⏳

Stay Tuned for more wonderful workout variations! And let us know if there’s any workouts you want to see us explain!
