Work in progress.
When we were girls some classmates and I, Laura and Merav (Kathy were you there?) found a deceased bumblebee and held for it an elaborate funeral, we laid its furry little body on a bower of moss and wild violets.. and we danced a procession and wept for dear Bumblebee...🐝

Lots to be thankful for this full moon. Just look at that smile! For the incredible dentists, therapists and friends who have supported my recovery, I bow in deep respect and thanks. The next eight months is the home stretch!

And just look at that space! I love England in the Spring 🌸 Our clinic in Brighton is now cooperatively owned and this represents, for me, a whole new era in collaborative care. It is my personal experience, as well as for many people I see, that current healthcare issues are complex. Between hereditary and ancestral cleansing, to the stories of this life plus the impact of environment, pollution and stress - there is not one way. Each person will need a discreet combination of allopathic, alternative and complementary care in order to live and fulfil their light and potential.

Here’s to working together to illuminate and resolve the dregs of our era…a new earth is being born and it is happening right here inside us. Beltane blessings!

Now booking sessions for May and June in both Brighton @rebalancebrighton and Forest Row @anderidapractice 🙏🏽

Stress is telling you something.
Anxious feelings are telling you something.

They're not problems to get rid of.
They're teachers to listen to 💗

They are giving you a clear insight into what unmet needs are asking to be fulfilled.

Is it really about stress and anxiety? Or do you need...

✨ More sleep, movement, nature, less caffeine, sugar, alcohol etc.

✨ Quiet time away from tech, meditation, mindfulness, unconscious belief work etc.

✨ Creative expression, to feel and express your emotions, connect with your inner child etc.

✨ To listen to your intuition, align yourself with your purpose and reconnect to the deeper meaning of life etc.

There is a root cause.

And there are simple and effective ways to work with the mind and body to feel more at ease with yourself and life.

A toolkit for life so you feel more resilient, resourced and relaxed.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Reducing stress and anxiety is NOT about controlling symptoms and having the goal to be calm all the time. There's much more to it which I share in 1:1 sessions and online audios.

- I don't want to dismiss the real challenge that it can be for some. I know, personally, after experiencing weekly panic attacks many years ago how hard it can be ...AND, know this ...it IS possible to feel more centred, calm and balanced.

- Talking about milder anxious feelings here - complex anxiety cases will be referred to a therapist.

Wishing you all a wonderful festive season and move into 2026. May it bring you much insight, connection and joy!

THANK YOU for being you ✨

For many 2025 has been heavy.

A year of clearing, releasing and coming back to the heart with compassion and forgiveness.

So what will 2026 bring?

Wouldn't it be great to replace overwhelm with greater clarity? 🌟

Everyone has a different path, with different personal themes.

On a collective level, we're stepping into a new chapter, being invited to step forward with confidence (1).

Important to note...

1. You have free will and can influence your life experience regardless of your numbers
2. There are both inner and outer numbers that bring particular themes to you each year - many only focus on the outer personal year number, though there's so much more in your full chart!
3. Online Numerology calculators miss the hidden messages and nuances that a skilled numerologist can spot.

NUMEROLOGY has brought so much additional depth to stress and anxiety coaching sessions over the years.

Helping clients to create more balance and self-tenderness.

The amount of insights never ceases to amaze me 😅

So if you...

- Are stuck on gift ideas and looking for something meaningful and useful for a loved one.
- Want to gift yourself 🤗 a great start into 2026 with more clarity and ease

I have a variety of options for Numerology readings (mini tasters to full in depth chart) at various prices starting from £25 / €30.

Message for more info. Available online, worldwide.

With love,

Emma 💗

Often clients who come to me with anxiety issues have very set beliefs on how they should show up in life.

Comparing themselves, striving for perfection and control.

"I should be calm all the time"
"I have to get this anxiety under control"
"I can't/shouldn't show/express how I feel"
"What will people think about me?"

I'm trained to listen to the language, to hear the key words being used... often universal quantifiers and modal operators are used (always, never... should, have to, must do etc).

One of the biggest things I've noticed in the last 13 years working with this topic is that often anxiety is an issue of people not allowing themselves to be human.

Holding onto subconscious beliefs that in order to feel safe, loved, accepted they need to be a certain way.

Language matters ✨

The stories we tell ourselves impact how we feel.

Tell yourself limiting stories, put yourself in a box, deny yourself of your expression... that's a sure fire way to create more stress and anxiety.

Vs

Ask yourself opening questions... "what's really true?", "how's life inviting me to expand?" and reprogramme the subconscious beliefs... then things start to open up.

Get curious.

How do you talk about anxiety and your relationship with it?

Does that story promote positive change or does it continue the same loop of limited thinking (therefore continued experience of stress and anxiety)?

Are you allowing yourself to feel, express and simply be HUMAN?

There's more than can fit in one post - much more in 1:1 sessions and FREE audios on @insighttimer

Most cases of anxiety are because of unfulfilled needs (needs at one or more of 4 specific levels).

Doctors won't tell you this... they'll offer a pill instead.

Though when you find the root cause, and fulfil that need... (rather than using quick fixes that only serve temporary relief) everything can transform.

By getting to the ROOT CAUSE you transform your experience of anxiety long term.

When I work with clients we...

✨ Shift the perspective on anxiety, recognising its deeper message (there are plenty!)

✨ Go through 4 specific levels in depth uncovering the root cause

✨ Identify personal beliefs about anxiety, stress, themselves and the world - every person's belief system about anxiety is different

✨ Cover simple yet effective practical tools to gain CLARITY, CALM & CONFIDENCE - skills for life

✨ Work with the subconscious mind to create deep change

✨ Work with embodiment for a full bodied experience of greater calm

✨ Work with the Soul, identifying the energetic blueprint that impacts how to connect to calm in this life (everybody is different!)

And so much more.

Sessions are bespoke, tailor made to your needs, and after 13 years helping individuals with this topic I've learnt what works, what doesn't and how to create a solid foundation into more CLARITY, CALM & CONFIDENCE.

🌟 Sessions available online worldwide and in person @anderidapractice

Have questions? Not sure if this is for you?
I offer FREE mini video sessions - link in bio.

And know this... anxiety is not a life sentence, and there ARE simple and effective ways to make it easier.

With love,
Emma 💗

Ps/ I don't diagnose or prescribe medication. Extreme cases will be referred to a therapist.

ANXIETY and stress are not just about what you feel.

They're also about what you believe at a deep subconscious level ✨

What you value and prioritise in life and whether you live in alignment with that.

What intuitive messages you listen to or ignore.

What you do with your body... what you eat, drink and how you move.

Anxiety and stress are not the problem, they are simply messengers of unmet needs at 1 (or more) of 4 specific levels.

Most doctors and therapists don't talk about this.

Anxiety and stress are teachers.

And it's taken 13 years of deep dive into this topic and overcoming weekly panic attacks myself to gain deeper understanding and how to connect with more calm.

It's there, within.

3 sessions.

CLARITY, CALM and CONFIDENCE, your personalised toolkit you get to keep.

A foundation that can transform your relationship (and therefore your experience) with anxiety and stress.

Available in person at @anderidapractice or online, worldwide.

Forest Row 2025 has begun!
Come join us ✨

Forest Row will host a creative festival over 3 magical days this weekend , featuring literature, spoken word, music, dance, food, art, and crafts. With something for everyone, this year’s festival is sure to warm your hearts.

Nearly 100 volunteers help to organise the festival over the weekend, and a core group works hard throughout the year to bring it to life. Costs for artists, tents, sound, toilets, security and much more, are significant and your ticket enables us to make it all happen. If you can, please add a donation, the money raised helps support our community. Concession and free carer tickets are available by email request to tickets@frfevents.co.uk

GOING to busy places, waiting in queues... they were unbearable.

Even waking up in the middle of the night, in panic... shortness of breath, vertigo, feeling like I was going to die.

I started to fear anxiety itself, fear when the next panic attack would occur, avoiding many situations and places.

Though I soon realised, to avoid living is not finding true healing 💗

Fast forward to now... I can enjoy a normal life, and whilst mild anxiety may pop in time to time whenever I'm out of balance... panic attacks are a thing of the past, gone, completely.

What helped?

First and foremost, transforming my RELATIONSHIP with anxiety 🌟

It's not about control - it's about getting to the root cause, finding the unmet needs.

It's not a problem to solve - though a messenger to listen to.

Looking at the holistic picture (most anxiety therapies and treatments fail to do this).

Noticing what is needed physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

For me that was...

- More movement
- Acupuncture
- Stabilise blood sugar levels, reduce alcohol & caffeine
- Reduce technology
- Express emotions, transform thinking
- Live according to my inner truth

It's not a one size fits all.

Anxiety is a messenger, what is it communicating to you?
