Reflecting on the end of pregnancy before Ganza's arrival. 🤍
Adjusting to life in New York, missing/visiting/being visited by loved ones, making new friends, turning 35!, savoring the last days of my cozy twosome with hubby, and all of the emotions I was feeling during that time. We endured a devastating family loss. We celebrated birthdays and weddings. Each week there was something new to face.
I observed my body in wonder. I prayed for little Leo daily. I prayed for my perineum 😂. I didn't read or prepare too much, and just leaned on my mom. I spent as much time with my girlfriends and community as I could; and wished I could spend more.
Being a woman is wild and magical and brutal; the days don't slow down or stop as we create a portal for new life. Grateful to be on the other side with my heaven-sent son 🤍

2024 year in review

I experienced years of prayers being answered.
I am full of gratitude for my deep friendships and family.
I took risks and moved forward while fearful.
Shifted my mindset to be in alignment with God’s will for me. I accomplished nothing without Jesus.

I dived deep into my faith and opened my eyes for God show me time and time again how His is a provider, faithful, sovereign , gracious, loving and more then ENOUGH
2024 was FULLY lived. Amen
