Meet Marilena Sgambelluri - Architect BBA Architecture is a continuous dialogue between space, people, and materials. Every design choice contributes to a broader vision, where functionality meets emotion and form meets purpose. Through this balance, spaces become more than physical environments: they become experiences that shape the way we perceive and interact with the world around us. . . #BBA Studio #Milan #people #architecture #architect

From the architectural masterpiece of Villa Malaparte in Capri to the dreamlike atmosphere of Parthenope by Paolo Sorrentino, BBA Studio draws inspiration from the light and imagery of the Gulf of Naples. In this project, the radical geometry of Casa Malaparte, its relationship with the landscape and its iconic curved wall meet the colours, atmospheres and cinematic references of the film. Sail-like walls, perspectives oriented towards the Gulf, terracotta surfaces and Neapolitan maiolica inserts create an environment where architecture, cinema and Mediterranean identity come together. The light of the Gulf becomes the guiding thread of the project. . . #BBAStudio #InteriorDesign #Naples #VillaMalaparte #Parthenope #MediterraneanArchitecture

A New Immersive @rolex Boutique in the Heart of Amsterdam Located on the iconic P.C. Hooftstraat, Amsterdam’s premier luxury shopping destination, the new Rolex boutique, designed in collaboration between Rolex and BBA Studio, redefines the retail experience through architecture. Spanning four levels, the boutique is conceived as a continuous spatial journey where architecture, materials, and brand identity merge into one immersive experience. At the core of the project, a sculptural staircase becomes more than a circulation element: it visually connects every floor, creating a fluid dialogue throughout the space and reinforcing a unified architectural narrative. A project where every detail contributes to elevating the customer experience through thoughtful design. At BBA Studio, design often finds its origin in the fluid, reflective gesture of the hand-drawn sketch. This interior study explores the interplay between geometry and volume: the organic curves of the seating meet the disciplined rhythm of vertical wall paneling, while the focal background gathers subtle variations of form like a visual score. Through the sensitivity of the line, conceptual thought gradually takes shape, translating identity into a refined spatial language. From initial intuition on paper to the definition of space.
