🎉🎊WE HAVE MET OUR $100,000 MATCH IN JUST UNDER THREE DAYS!!!!!!🎊🎉 Thank you to everyone who has shared, donated, fundraised, and continued to talk about the need for rent support in Minnesota. We could quite literally have not done this without you! This video shows some words of thanks and love from the neighbors we have been supporting. Thank you for keeping them safe. Thank you for keeping them housed. We are still trying to raise a total goal of $1,000,000!! This will help cover our rent requests for March. As of now we have over $600K in requests. Link is in our bio to donate 🎊

We are very happy to formally announce that we are working with the Wilson Foundation!! They are giving us a GENEROUS $100,000 donor match! Help us reach our goal of $100K by March 5th so we can meet this match AND get rent paid before it’s due!! We have over $430K in requests for nearly 400 households. This match will get us so much closer to our goal and ensures we can cover a good amount of rents requested! We are still using our original GoFundMe to raise funds as this seemed to be the easiest option for us. You’ll notice our new goal is $1M 😳 A number that large is something we NEVER thought would be possible but you’ve already gotten us halfway there! Let’s keep it up! Thank you for all your continued support! Link to donate is in our bio :)

*Slide three is supposed to say MARCH 5th. Can you tell we’re tired 😅 💥WE ARE STILL VERY FAR FROM OUR GOAL AND NEED YOUR HELP GETTING THERE!💥 At this time we have 397 families on our waitlist for March rental support, totaling $430,080. We are very far from that number but we believe we can get there. We’re also happy to announce a $100K donor match from the wonderful Wilson Foundation! We are hoping to meet that match by February 5th. This match will get us significantly closer to our goal. Your support means so much to us and the families we’re supporting! Let’s keep it up ❤️

We've been proud to support Unidos MN and Immigrant Law Center of MN through our yoga class and we'd love to keep supporting those who need it most. Help us send a FAT check to make sure our neighbors stay housed, clothed, and fed during the current federal occupation here in Minneapolis. Donate at https://givebutter.com/fat-tuesday (link in bio)

Thankful for these lovebugs who let me insist that I wanted piña coladas and a kiddy pool of hose water instead of going to @sj_inthecity‘s actual pool. Happy 36 to me! Edit: not sure why I chose a song about climate catastrophe as the soundtrack for these cute pics, but it was really hot that day!

Yesterday’s Fat Splash (# 1) was amazing! I didn’t get one pic on my phone so here’s a breezy selfie from @andreawaves before our event photos come in. Loved seeing so many of y’all last night. What a wonderful group!!! 🥰 Big love to our sponsors and those who helped with the event. Huge thank you to my incredible @cakeplussize team for pulling off another amazing Fat Splash. We’re excited to do it all over again in 2 weeks! (July 20th’s Fat Splash has already sold out.)

Hard day’s work on the farm. Bonus vid at the end where you can hear the most *incredible* Minnesotan pronunciation of “goats.” And if you listen very, very carefully afterward, you’ll hear Andrea’s delighted laughter squeak amongst the chicken noises.
