🇮🇹 RENAISSANCE COLLECTION:
The Complete Odyssey

Revisiting the chapters of our Italian story by @holisticbaragency , now told as one:

💎 From the mirror-like waters of Como and the masked shadows of Venice…
📜 …through the ancient whispers of the Vatican and the forbidden luxury of Sicily…
☕️ …following the coffee-scented winds of Trieste to the timeless elegance of Milan…
🌫️ …wandering through the misty arcades of Bologna and the stone enigmas of Bomarzo…
💔 …until we finally open our hearts to eternal Rome.

Un viaggio nel tempo, un’arte senza tempo… ✨

The Collection of Gods 🇯🇵

Their whispers still echo softly in memory.
Their presence was undeniable.

There was a time when ancient myths took form in every glass, the elements stirred, and flavors awakened the power of the immortals. It was never just about cocktails — it was the moment legends came alive.

Now, they too have become a myth — a story we brought to life, and one we forever hold with pride.

ASTI 🕵️ The Cold Case

Rewinding the tape to a story that refuses to stay in the past.

When @pasti_asti first opened its doors, we set out to craft more than just cocktails — we built a criminal saga unfolding under the sunny skies of southern Italy.

A dangerous investigation where secret meetings took place to the clinking of glasses, the scent of risk hung in the air, and every sip was a clue leading deeper into a world of forbidden alliances and fateful decisions. A high-stakes game where excitement and intrigue became one.

Some mysteries are simply meant to be revisited.

🏆 NOYAA has entered the Global Top 5 shortlist at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards in the Visual Identity category.

The entire bar concept and cocktail menu were developed by Holistic Bar Agency. We structured the program around the Great Silk Road, dividing the menu into three consecutive chapters:

🗺️ Part One [Asia] — the beginning of the journey. The first seven cocktails are built around ingredients that once traveled from Asia to the rest of the world: ginseng, ginger, cinnamon, and iconic spices.

🐫 Part Two [Middle Lands] — the crossroads between Asia and the Mediterranean: Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Here, the flavor profiles echo bustling bazaars and caravans — richer, warmer, and more complex in spice.

🏛️ Part Three [Mediterranean] — the final stop on the route, where East meets West. Bright, effortless, and clean flavors: peaches, grapes, cheeses, lavender, and wine.

Proud to see this monumental work receive global recognition.
