A lot of you have known me through fitness for years.

Watching this video reminds me why I still love coaching: being there for the small adjustments, the hard reps, and the moments when someone realizes they can do more than they thought.

I’m grateful for every person who trusts me to be part of that. And I’d love to help more people who are looking for strength training with real attention and a good group around them.

If that sounds like something you need—or someone comes to mind—send me a message.

We train at @projecttrnsfrm in Old Bridge.
Message me GROUP and I’ll give you the details.

Someone recently told me, “You guys are so good at content…we see you everywhere.”

Which is funny, because our “strategy” is way less sophisticated than people think.

We basically:

1. Post a lot of sh*t, knowing the majority will flop.
2. When something works, we do more of it.
3. When it stops working, we try a bunch of new content until something hits again.

That’s it.

Most brands don’t have a content problem.

They have a volume problem.

They spend so much time trying to create the perfect post that they never create enough posts to figure out what actually works.

Stop trying to predict attention.

Just put it out.

See what earns attention.

Then do more of that. As my good friend @andrewgstern says “do it again, do it better”
