… And I’ll try not to sing out of key. • I’ve found myself in one of my more challenging chapters with themes of betrayal, flashpoints of feelings passing by too quickly to observe, loneliness, confusion and processing. I’ve also simultaneously found myself in one of the most supportive, honest and sincere chapters of my life and truly, All the tears, the nights alone, reopening of old wounds would be insurmountable without my little circle. Thanks for taking care of me friends. I hope I can give you a fraction of what you give back to me. I’ve got a lot of love and respect for myself and for the folks in these photos. #grateful

This past weekend, we hosted our Trainer Olympics 2026 at Life Time Charlotte, and it was a display of strength, power and pure intensity by the members and team members who competed. We hope you’re as inspired as we are by watching these highlights! Congratulations to our winners: Women’s Strength 1 - Miranda 2 - Kallaway 3 - Aubrey Men’s Strength 1 - Drew 2 - Parks 3 - Angelo Relay Race Team Andrew Everyone was a winner in this competition, because we raised money for our Move for a Life Time fundraiser to support Life Time Foundation and Children's Miracle Network.
