HAPPY 1K, PORTRAITSTORYDIARIES! 🥹🤗💛

I’m learning that not every journey is meant to move at the same pace. Some things grow quietly, slowly, and in their own time, and that doesn’t make them any less worth celebrating.

PortraitStoryDiaries started with one simple review. No collages, no moving graphics, no big plans. Then came my first collage, more reviews, and slowly, this little virtual journal started becoming something that felt completely my own.

This was never about growing overnight. It was about building something I love, one story, one review, one discovery, and one little moment at a time.

Along the way, I’ve connected with wonderful creatives from around the world, found friendships I genuinely treasure, and met my Vertical View Crew, who became family. I’ve also been given opportunities to collaborate, contribute my voice to new spaces, and keep experimenting with how I share the stories I love.

There were moments when I lost a little of that spark too, but looking back reminds me why I started and why I keep going.

To everyone who has read, shared, supported, encouraged, collaborated, or simply stayed along the way, thank you.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of my little diary. 💛

Today, @bzpoppa of Philippines-based vertical drama app @beetzeeplay met with a small group of Philippines-based vertical fans, reviewers, content creators, and viewers to talk about viewing habits and content preferences. 🇵🇭

I love how there are so many Filipino-run active vertical-focused accounts here on Instagram. It was nice to finally connect in person to talk about the space we’ve all been watching grow.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend and trusted me when I reached out about this. I appreciate the willingness to share insights and perspectives so openly. ✨🫡

Special thanks to @charmedbyverticals and @megbush_squad for the loot 🥰 Filipinos really are amazing at being supportive of their faves and my dream is we can continue to grow this community so we can get some of the creatives to visit the Philippines and even perhaps shoot verticals here! (HMU if you’re planning a visit 🫶🏻

Thank you BeetzeePlay for making this meet up possible 💜

And if anyone else in Manila is interested in joining our next meet-ups, let me know 🫶🏻 Everyone is welcome!!
