Who takes care of the woman everyone depends on?

The one everyone calls when something goes wrong. The one who always finds a solution.
The one who makes sure everyone else is okay.

Sometimes, the people who appear to have everything under control are carrying things nobody knows about.

And grief doesn’t always look the way we expect it to.

It can be the loss of a loved one, a relationship that ended, a dream that didn’t materialize, or a season of life you weren’t ready to leave behind.

Yet somewhere in the middle of it all, you’re still expected to lead.

But who said leadership means never needing a moment for yourself?

This November, The Centered CEO Circle is creating space for a conversation we believe more women and leaders need to have.

Join Nowela A. Muller, LCSW-C (@andwhenyoudo), for When Leaders Grieve: Loss, Wellbeing & the Weight We Carry, a two-hour virtual intensive exploring grief, emotional wellbeing, and the often-unspoken experiences leaders carry.

📅 Saturday, November 14, 2026
⏰ 11 AM–1 PM EST
📍 Virtual | Open to the Public
🎟️ Registration: $69

This is an opportunity to move beyond simply acknowledging that grief exists and begin understanding how to navigate it with greater awareness, care, and intention.

You make room for so many people.
This November, make room for yourself.

Not every loss comes with a funeral and not every grieving woman gets the space to grieve.

Sometimes, grief looks like a relationship that ended, a business that didn’t work out, a dream you had to let go of, or a version of your life that no longer exists.

And when you’re a leader, the world doesn’t always stop long enough for you to process any of it.

You’re still expected to show up.
For your team. Your family.
Your business. Your community.

But who’s making space for what you’re carrying?

This November, The Centered CEO Circle is opening its doors to the public for a special two-hour virtual intensive:

WHEN LEADERS GRIEVE: LOSS, WELLBEING & THE WEIGHT WE CARRY 🎉

Facilitated by @andwhenyoudo , Nowela Muller, LCSW-C, a mental health clinician whose work explores grief, emotional wellbeing, burnout, and resilience.

Together, we’ll explore how grief shows up beyond the loss of a loved one, the ways it can affect our emotional wellbeing and leadership, and practical approaches to acknowledging and navigating the weight we carry.

This isn’t about pretending the loss didn’t happen or rushing yourself to move on.

It’s about making room to acknowledge what you’ve experienced while learning how to care for yourself as you continue to lead.

📅 Saturday, November 14, 2026
⏰ 11 AM–1 PM EST
📍 Virtual | Open to the Public
🎟️ Registration: $69

Whether you’re a business owner, executive, nonprofit leader, ministry leader, or a woman who has spent so much time being strong for everyone else, this conversation is for you.

You can be called to lead and still need space to grieve. Both can be true.

We’re excited to welcome @__queensteaaaa - author, founder of @andwhenyoudo LLC, and mental health clinician, to our upcoming Centered CEO Circle gathering.

Nowela is dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and communities through compassionate care, advocacy, and evidence-informed practices. Her work centers on burnout prevention and recovery, resilience, emotional well-being, and mental health.

And this conversation could not be more timely.

Our next Circle gathering is:

Rest as Sacred Resistance: Building Strength Through Surrender

📅 Friday, August 21st
⏰ 12:00 PM EST

As women who lead, serve, build, care for others, and carry significant responsibilities, rest can sometimes feel like something we have to earn.

But what happens when we stop treating rest as a reward and begin seeing it as part of how we rebuild our strength?

We’ll be creating space for an honest conversation around rest, burnout, surrender, resilience, and what it means to care for the whole woman.

Come ready to pause, reflect, and breathe with us.

Centered CEO Circle sisters, we’ll see you there. 🤎

Pearls and Purpose 🤍✨
Some experiences stay with you long after they’re over, and this was one of them. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with so much love and encouragement—it truly felt like big sisters pouring into a little sister.

I left inspired by the incredible panel, the amazing queens, and everyone who shared their wisdom and experiences. As I reflect on my own reign and this chapter coming to a close, I know this day will always be one of my most cherished memories.
I came for Pearls and Purpose, and I left with pearls of wisdom, a heart full of gratitude, and an even deeper connection to my purpose. 👑💛

More than a brunch, it was a sisterhood!

Pearls & Purpose… a Queen’s Brunch I’ll always cherish.

Surrounded by campus women and queens, former Miss Cheyney Universities, NCNW sisters, iConic models, and Cheyney cheerleaders, — this was sisterhood, legacy, and excellence all in one room.

Thank you again to our esteemed panelists for pouring into us and sharing so many gems as distinguished women and college graduates. It was truly an honor to host this conversation and to be the Inaugural Queen.

Enjoy your pearl bracelets and keep them safe 🤍.

Already looking forward to returning to
next year’s brunch as a former queen and now alumna 💎
